Usually we haven't had any problems at this location, but tonight was bad. Reeked of pot, employees took well over 15 min to put one pizza together (there was only one other customer waiting) and in the end the pizza looked horrible. Will not be going back.

I've had countless good experiences with this location. But recently, over the past few months, the quality has diminished. To the point where you basically get a crust with toppings in a pile, right in the center. Prepare to adjust your toppings!

Staff was very accommodating. My son was sick and I had to go pick him up from school, so I couldn't stick with my original pickup time. I called and asked if I could have my order right away since I'd be driving past on my way to get my son, they were happy to oblige. Very nice :-)

Best location in my opinion. Friendly staff. Quick pizza making. Consistent quality. Clean store. Follows hygiene practices well unlike some other locations in Duluth.
Dietary restrictions: The option of gluten free crust and non dairy cheese and plant based meat is a game changer.

Sigh. Papa Murphy's you used to be so good, and were a good value proposition against the big pizza chains. Better ingredients but you have to make it yourself was a great trade off. I was even on board with the average pizzas costing a few more dollars for that quality post covid. But now the portions are shrinking, and worst of all the quality is declining. Most noticeable is the pizza crust. Whatever has changed since the last time I picked up some pizzas makes it taste more like a soda cracker than pizza crust. I get it times are different and everything is more expensive but you can't cut two legs out of the value triangle of, speed, quality, and price and expect customers to keep coming. You don't even compete on speed anymore either. If you didn't order ahead you are waiting for 30 min for uncooked pizza. I'm really torn on this one but I feel like the competition is out competing you. Time to find a way to provide value again.

My order was accidentally missed and the woman on staff tonight around 5 pm was amazing. She caught it right away and got me all fixed up and out the door quickly. I know Tuesdays are crazy so I just gotta say, great service! 10/10
Saw 2 employees not wearing either a hair net or hat making and serving food. Health code violation I think.

Papa Murphies is the best for Pizza Friday. Jalapeños and black olives are my favorite.

Said they closed at 8:00 on google and on the door to go inside. Got there at 7:45 to get one pepperoni pizza, but the door was locked and nobody was inside except one young worker. He came to the door and told me they were closed.
I asked, “ oh you’re closing early? Because it says you’re open until 8:00” He said “I go by our system, and it says we are closed.” Then shut the door and walked away.
I’m not exaggerating about what time I got there. When I got back in my car after talking with him, it was 7:46.
I believe the kid just wanted to leave early, so he locked the doors, closed the till, and got the cleaning done, so he could be out the door at 8:00.

Lobby was pretty dirty. Waited 3-4 minutes before even greeted. Heard in back but nobody was up front.
