Spent over $100. Food was very under-seasoned. I could do miles better at home. Maybe we will give it a shot in another handful of years.
As you DO NOT OFFER Gift Cards Online I phoned to purchase one. Unfortunately it was sent with BOTH the To/From and The Amount BLANK???!!! I finally had to ask the Recipient if it had been received???!!! TERRIBLE Customer Service or lack thereof!!
We have driven by and walked by this restaurant a thousand times. We had planned on eating at Fitgers, but we weren't interested in a brew pub or a very dress-up place just a couple doors down. On the second night that the Bentlyville Christmas Light Show opens, just a couple days before Thanksgiving, we strolled in out of the dark, damp air off Lake Superior. The hostess told us on this Saturday night that she did not have any seating available until 7:00 p.m., about an hour and a half away. We decided to sit in the bar, just one table was left available close to the door. Having never walked through the doors after all these decades we marveled at one of the most fascinating and historic bars in the state. The table we sat at was a high top, but there are booths available in the bar.It was mostly older couples with a couple of large groups mixed in. The tables that require a reservation or a wait seemed more formal and are located towards the back with windows on the Lake Superior side. She had a steak sandwich and I had the 10 oz. prime rib. After a couple of drinks, we had a good old-fashioned dinner club dinner and escaped for $140. The food was good and it was very generous; the server B+. The experience was great; we were dressed informally and felt comfortable. It's a little loud with all of the hard surfaces, but not obnoxious. A great evening to add onto our Thanksgiving tradition.
Very nice

This my favorite restaurant in Duluth as I love a classic supper club. The New York Strip was perfect and the Turtle Cheesescake was to die for. Any time I am nearby I make this a must go to stop.

Parking is a bit tight on the weekends. Dinning area is aright for a place like Duluth. Not premium but at least it’s clean. Food from the grill was great. We got the 8oz fillet steak and jack Daniel’s pork chop. The steak was very good. It had a crispy layer of saltiness on it. The chop was sweet which I’m guessing was from the jack Daniel. It’s a regular chop not a rib chop. The steak was good for the cut, it’s not a fillet mignon so don’t expect that flavor but it still had a good steak flavor and was tender. Comes with your choice of side which ranged from fires to baked potatoes. Also comes with a side of steamed zucchini. All in all the food was great our server, Reba, was excellent she recommended the moscato wine which was to my taste as I like sweet whites. I do recommend making reservations as it speeds up the seating process. We were seated immediately. It really is easy to make reservations online so do that.

Hands down my most favorite place to eat dinner in all of twin ports!
Tidbit dinner is always delicious! Their twice baked potato is my favorite side.
Their house made soups of the night was beef vegetable!
Thank you Tyler and the rest of the staff for being so attentive and efficient.
Much love!

We selected Pickwick because we wanted a view of the shore. It was a very pretty view, but the room itself was freezing. Even the guys were cold. We asked about adjusting the temperature and we were told that was not possible. The food was incredibly overpriced. We ate at several nice restaurants in Duluth and comparatively the food at Pickwick was mediocre at best.

Had prime rib last night. Best that I have had in years.
Amazing that in a world of COVID, competition, inflation and labor shortages Pickwick still shines so bright.

After some time, I returned to this restaurant. It hasn't changed much. The person at the front desk is obviously not the same, but she has no idea how to be a good hostess. The food overall isn't bad, but there aren't any dishes that stand out. I don't know, I don't think I'll return.
