“The guy working the counter was so friendly and nice! He upgraded my bottle of Mountain Dew to a 2 lieter for being patient while waiting for pizza. Super great customer service! The pizza is a bit too greasy but a lot of this rating goes out to the guy who was working the counter on Monday August 18th at around 8:15 PM :)“
“What Happened? For 40 odd years Central Entrance Pizza Hut has been our benchmark of what a good pizza should taste like. I don't know what has changed, but I hope they can get it fixed. My wife and I went to Pizza Hut last Sunday, and ordered two thin and crispy medium size pizzas. One was pepperoni and green pepper, the other was veggie lovers pizza. We asked that they be well done. They were burnt. Not only that - there didn't seem to be any tomato sauce on the pizza. The last time we were there - the pizza was, perhaps, the best ever. This time - it was inedible. Whatever changes have been made - please change it back!“
“We ordered two Hut Lunch Boxes with melts/wings for delivery. The order was for whole melt (2) but each box arrived with half (1) so when I called the store to inquire, the manager TJ sent us each a whole melt - when he didn't have to, and it was delivered within 10 minutes! That was very generous and kind of him. He is always pleasant to speak with.“
