Pizza Hut in Duluth

“We ordered two Hut Lunch Boxes with melts/wings for delivery. The order was for whole melt (2) but each box arrived with half (1) so when I called the store to inquire, the manager TJ sent us each a whole melt - when he didn't have to, and it was delivered within 10 minutes! That was very generous and kind of him. He is always pleasant to speak with.“

“I was there with another person at lunch time. There was only one staff on, a woman. She was so nice! She was so busy, but yet took the time to be patient. I didn't catch her name, but kudos to her. She politely explained her situation and even gave us free bread sticks! I tried to give her a tip, but she nicely refused. Would definitely go there again.“

“What Happened? For 40 odd years Central Entrance Pizza Hut has been our benchmark of what a good pizza should taste like. I don't know what has changed, but I hope they can get it fixed. My wife and I went to Pizza Hut last Sunday, and ordered two thin and crispy medium size pizzas. One was pepperoni and green pepper, the other was veggie lovers pizza. We asked that they be well done. They were burnt. Not only that - there didn't seem to be any tomato sauce on the pizza. The last time we were there - the pizza was, perhaps, the best ever. This time - it was inedible. Whatever changes have been made - please change it back!“
