Triple treat box was literal trash. They put absolutely no sauce on the pizzas and they tasted like cardboard. Dog wouldn’t even eat it. They push triple treat box to you like a deal, it’s disgusting.

Ordered a Pizza for delivery. An hour later and there is no delivery, but the app says delivered. I call and they wouldn't help me and sent me to the call line, which I waited 30 mins for. They told me that the driver is on their way now, even though it says delivered and its been an hour an a half. They told me to wait 20 mins and if I still didn't receive it to call back. 20 mins go by and no pizza. I decide to drive to store now, because I didn't want to wait on call again. I arrive and they have the pizza on their delivery rack. They remade the pizza, but I still was charged for full pizza + the delivery and tip that I had left from original placement.

Walked into the store to pick-up online order. It looked filthy behind the counter and the guy was rude to me. I walked out. Never again

Ordered a personal pizza box with a melt and Buffalo wings. Chose curbside. Waited outside for several mins while the employees stood around and chatted. I finally went in and when I was handed my receipt the employee stated “a tip is appreciated”. I did not tip him a cent. I got home and my wings were bbq not buffalo. I considered calling but chalked it up as an honest mistake. What was not a mistake is when I checked my bank account the amount debited was $20 more than the total! I can only assume they wrote over the crossed out portion of the slip and decided to tip themselves! How many others have they done that too without them noticing! Absolutely will never return. Not only was it dirty, employees lazy, they literally stole from me. ***update*** I spoke with a manager. They confirmed they tipped themselves $20 and refunded it. He said he would see who was working and speak with them. My order being incorrect was not addressed but he did apologize. I still will not order from here as there are dishonest people handling peoples money. ??♀️

We ordered two Hut Lunch Boxes with melts/wings for delivery. The order was for whole melt (2) but each box arrived with half (1) so when I called the store to inquire, the manager TJ sent us each a whole melt - when he didn't have to, and it was delivered within 10 minutes! That was very generous and kind of him. He is always pleasant to speak with.
Much better experience however the only hang up was when calling for a pizza (may have been a phone service issue) there was a lot of repeating. Correct pizza ready when we got to the store and VERY AMAZING staff

My delivery driver called me and let me know that my order was here so I met him at my door.
The order was fresh and hot. The food was superb and great tasting especially the new hot honey pizza. Also, the customer service by employee Blake Johnson was superb and it’s hard to find great employees and customer service nowadays. I would recommend the Pizza Hut on grand Avenue in Duluth, Minnesota to everyone for carryout & in Delivery.
Kid-friendliness: They treat kid with kindness & very friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is front row & easy to get a wheelchair into the store.
Why order within the Pizza Hut app or call yet the delivery is outsourced to DoorDash? If the store can’t fulfill deliveries then don’t offer delivery. Quality of the food was typical Pizza Hut. Dasher had a hard time finding me due to not seeing delivery instructions that were put on the order within the push it app. He also admitted that door dash pays well but won’t order anything for him. That ought to tell ya something. I myself have gotten sub par service from door dash at other locations.
