Our company ordered lunch from here, after they found out we work for a group home they gave us the meal for free. They thanked us and said it’s part of giving back to the community ❤️

There was an older gentleman that was putting together delivery orders. A girl working came from the bathroom, washed her hands and went to the back. The guy, who I assume is the manager, scolded her loudly enough so I could hear it up front. He was rude telling the girl that she needs to communicate when going to the bathroom. I understand that communication is key but there is no reason to scold her in the manner that he did. Shame on him. I will not order from this location again

Horrible service . Had to wait forever to order & we were the only ones here . The girls are in the back talking more than anything and about money and personal info. We had to wait at the counter forever just to ask for a box to leave . They didn’t even come to the door after it was opened . You can hear them talking but don’t see em. Never ever again coming back

It was our anniversary weekend getaway and we needed a quick stop to eat, despite being short staffed and overly busy, the two guys working gave us such great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

This was not a good experience. When we dine in the same lady is working there. Normally she is pleasant and service is fine. Yesterday she seemed to be the only one there. We were the only ones in the restaurant but it was clear she was tasked with serving us, baking all the pizzas and putting together all of the take out orders. That is a ridiculous expectation of one person. She evidently called in her manager who was so incredibly rude to her that if I were her I would have quit on the spot. Us and the people waiting for take out had to listen to him belittle this employee for a good 10 minutes. There is a time and place for that and in front of customers is not it. The woman was doing the best she could. She took our payment with a smile on her face. I would have quit on the spot. It seems like a very understaffed and toxic working environment. Kudus to the employee for trying as hard as she did. While she may not have been successful at managing the impossible workload, at least she understands the basics of customer service. Something the gentleman (manager?) she called in was sorely lacking.

The guy working the counter was so friendly and nice! He upgraded my bottle of Mountain Dew to a 2 lieter for being patient while waiting for pizza. Super great customer service! The pizza is a bit too greasy but a lot of this rating goes out to the guy who was working the counter on Monday August 18th at around 8:15 PM :)
Duluth Pizza hut was fantastic, which is unusual because most the other Pizza huts have tasted really bad. Today August 14th I had the new Handcrafted Fazzz Pizza. IT WAS GREAT!. The only way it could have been better is if the outer crust had garlic butter on it. We'll keep purchasing as long as they keep making it.
