The people at the store at Central entrance they really look very unhappy they really look like they don't want to be there now I ordered recently a supreme large pizza pan with cheese breadsticks I went outside to wait for the gentleman no one showed up I called the store a lady answered she told me she would make him come back to me when he is done delivering elsewhere no calls nothing nothing from the store I tried calling back I couldn't get through this is very shameful no one showed up I even went back out there and nothing just froze my butt off thanks a lot Pizza Hut

I was there with another person at lunch time. There was only one staff on, a woman. She was so nice! She was so busy, but yet took the time to be patient. I didn't catch her name, but kudos to her. She politely explained her situation and even gave us free bread sticks! I tried to give her a tip, but she nicely refused. Would definitely go there again.
So the last time I ordered here for delivery i had enough pizza hut rewards for an entire pizza, so I got that and another pizza and breadsticks, and soda. After I finalized my order I looked and it said it was being delivered to the same address as the store. After talking with customer service for a half hour, they finally told me the store would call me, so that happened and it was okay. However, when I got my food there was no soda, and trying to get your money back is impossible, even though I went through customer service again. I will never order pizza hut again. Worst service ever!

i had some siblings come into town and decided to give pizza hut a shot for dinner. i placed an order and waited 10 minutes before driving there. it was an 11 minute drive, and the wait time said it would be 15 ish minutes. we got there and i waited at the counter for a few minutes and all of the workers never acknowledged me, while looking at me as they walked by. one guy wearing a mask darn near over his whole face came out and told us it would be a few minutes in a very rude tone. we sat down and watched the chaos unfold in the kitchen as more and more people showed up waiting for their orders. the guy in the mask was cussing a bunch and yelling at everyone in the kitchen. there was another guy filling drinks and putting pizza in boxes who kept ripping a vape during the process. the masked guy came out with a pizza box, threw it on the counter, and told us “happy birthday”. we just stood there and he came back and told us we could have it for free, also in a very rude way. my brother spoke up and pointed out his tone, to which he told us to get out of his store because he’s not serving us. i stood around because i didn’t open my mouth, so i figured i could still get my order. he came out after another 10 minutes and said i had to leave too. i started pointing out to him how his cooks were ripping vapes while serving families, and he started excusing their behavior because he couldn’t “know what was going on all at once”. not only am i disappointed with how i was treated tonight for pointing out a health violation, i’m disgusted with how he never addressed the vaping issue, while knowing it was happening, and continued to follow through with kicking us out. would not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently moved to Duluth. A month or two ago my boyfriend and I decided to try the pizza hut not far from our apartment. We ordered online, and waited about 20-30 minutes before heading over to pick it up. We got there and it wasn't ready yet, so we stood in the lobby. As we were standing there, the power went out. The girl working the front counter proceeded to just stare at us and not try to explain what we could do next. Eventually, we just asked for our money back and left. Obviously, not mad at them because the power went out, but could have used some direction from the staff for the crowd of people standing around waiting for their pizzas.
Tonight, my boyfriend and I decided to go back and give them another try. We waited until the time it said the pizza would be ready, and went inside. After 10 more minutes of waiting in the lobby, the guy at the counter asked for our name again, and when we gave it to him he grabbed a pizza that appeared to have been sitting there and handed it to us. When we got back home, we opened it up and it was the wrong pizza! It's a good pizza, but with the amount of hassle it takes to even get one, it's hardly worth it.
