First off the APP is useless, second they NEVER answer the phone, then DELIVERY TOOK 2 HOURS! They used DoorDash who just tossed it by the buildings front door. No call no email that said it was out there we just kept checking every 20 minutes or so and there it was on the ground. The pizza was dry, sauce didn't exist, the stix, not cooked all the way. Service at this store has been really rollercoaster over the years but pretty decent lately. Fairly good food that won't break the bank. I mean, it's pizza hut so you probably already know pretty much what you're getting.
Placed an order here tonight...waited over half an hour...no food. They never even started our order. Lots of food had been made up, but nobody could figure out what order went where. 1st manager working left new employees alone in store to go home. Other employees were throwing things in store, and then walked out. Someone called a different manager to come in to help, he decided it was best just to close store for the night. He did assure we would get a refund for our food. Very disappointed and very hungry.

I ordered chicken Alfredo, bread sticks, and a pizza had it delivered. When opening my bread sticks, I didn't get my dipping sauce, so I called them and let them know. They told me that because I ordered a pasta, they don't give you dipping sauce. First of all, it was Alfredo, which they give you pizza sauce for bread sticks, and second, the pasta and bread sticks were for two different people. The man on the phone just kept telling me that they don't give dipping sauce when you order pasta. He was VERY RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. I will NEVER go there again......
They messed up delivery a few times, and can't refund you unless you jump through loops and contact doordash, so doordash can tell them to refund, can't cook the pizza properly and and mess up the order in some way be it a different side or wrong pizza crust.

Really God awful food, burnt to a husk and not even cut. Save your money and buy something edible.Also annoyed they bait and switch to a delivery through Doordarshan but don't actually give the driver the tips ? so unless you're a total jerk you have to tip twice.

I had just finished filling out the app for what I wanted, the two pizzas were ready within 15 minutes.Parking: there was a person leaving as we showed up, other than that the lot was wide open.Kid-friendliness: had a few games and sticker machines so bring your quarters!
I delivered from here never brought the pizza to me and claimed they delivered and made me pick it up. Problem is I was sitting outside and no one ever came so there was no delivery attempt. Ordered again a year or two later thinking maybe it's changed. Gave a two hour delivery time and the order never reached the oven in the span of an hour. DO NOT ORDER HERE. Especially delivery.

Would have posted this sooner if I wasn’t on my death bed. DO NOT ORDER HERE! Run away!! After a long day of traveling by car to Duluth, and empty stomaches growling away, we ordered the Treat Box with two pizzas etc to be delivered to our hotel. THANK GOD my daughter fell asleep before my boyfriend and I devoured it.. by 2am I was awake with the worst food poisoning of my life. I wanted to meet my maker because of how violent the illness was. By 8am my boyfriend found me asleep on the bathroom floor during his own mad dash. Come to find out hotel staff detests this PH location and has knowledge of employees that do not wash hands & are flat out lazy & careless. Said she avoids it like the plague! Hopped on to review before calling MNDOH tomorrow, and see many complaints about undercooked food! MANY! That is not a friendly habit to have with a meat lover’s pizza. My only grace is that my daughter remained well while I spent the night stripping my insides. Run fast & far away!

Sent us the completely wrong pizza. Best they can do for me is credit my account so that I get a free pizza next time I order. Not even giving me my actual money back. Like I’m gonna order from this place again. Their job isn’t that hard they follow the instructions on the screen. Order a Hawaiian pizza with marinara ham, bacon pineapple and got a pizza with barbecue sauce, pepperoni and pineapple 40 minute drive one way to this place not gonna waste another hour and a half for them to screw up again.
