Had been waiting for a delivery for over an hour and they finally called and said that no dasher has picked up our order. So we waited another 45 minutes and they finally said somebody will be on there way shortly. She didn’t offer or agree to giving us any kind of discount. We are still waiting and have been waiting for 2 hours of her repeating the same thing the whole time.

We had a great experience! Ordered so it would be ready for 6 hungry kids after a day walking Canal Park and playing. Great customer service and pizza ready within mi it's of arriving and so very tasty. Fine I mares was small and probably not used a ton,but very accommodating to us. GREAT JOB!

We dined in, although I don't think most people do. The guy making the food and serving us too was great. I know the Hut is on the ropes, but we love it and will go to this location again for sure.

Why am I talking with someone overseas to place an order? We were disconnected twice! I ordered two big dinner boxes. It was terrible! I have never had such a hard crusted deep dish like this! My frozen ones are much better. No more Pizza Hut for me!

Ordered to be delivered to A local college that was hosting a sports camp. We ordered a Large pizza and Breadsticks at 8:43. By 9:30 the pizza wasn’t delivered yet. I called and the Manager, Mike(?) worked really hard at trying to solve the mystery, because it was down as having been delivered. It was determined that it had been left behind and the driver would deliver it shortly and I would get a $15 credit. Around 10 the delivery person showed up with a pizza, but it wasn’t ours. Meanwhile another camper walked up to me and asked my name. She had been waiting for a pizza of her own and was surprised how fast it came. The driver had walked up to their group asking if they ordered a pizza, but never asked a name. The other girl was surprised that the total was more than what she ordered. The driver told her it was probably just a delivery fee. When they got back to their room they started eating and saw my name on the box. The girl tried to track me down on Snapchat but I was still waiting in the lobby for my pizza. This is where she found me right when the driver showed up with her food and gave it to me. The driver said my name must not have been on the box, but then how did the other camper find me if it wasn’t labeled? The whole time the driver just sat there and tried to say my name wasn’t on the order and never apologized. Just looked irritated. My total should have been $38 but the other order was $31 and we needed to get to our room to eat before 10:30 so I just handed her the money I had thinking my total was still $38 but now I am realizing that on top of it all I left a $9 tip for all my trouble. I appreciate Mike for trying to help but the driver needs to take her time to make sure this doesn’t happen to another camper.
Update: Spoke with Travis the next day and he was very helpful. We got an almost complete refund. He was apologized and that went a very long to helping out with our experience after the fact. Because of this I dated stars on experience.

I have ordered pizza hut 3 timed in the last year. The first 2 times stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. It was really undercooked doughy tasting garbage. Last night 4-27-24 my daughter wanted pizza so I ordered a thin crust 3 topping & 8 boneless wing deal.(was supposed to be bacon, chicken & pepperoni. What I received was pepperoni, chicken and 1 chunk of bacon the size of a pea) The pizza arrived and was not hot at all or even warm. It literally tasted like a cardboard box. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will truthfully never order from them again. It's sad that they have gone so downhill because it used to be really good..

Past 3 I've had from this exact location, the bread on the entire pizza was hard like it was burned yet tasted like it was smeared with butter & undercooked, yet the toppings were burned/cold. As shown in the photo, I received that pizza like it was, you couldn't even get a piece without a slice literally breaking off halfway, not in a melting way, but like the slices literally snapped off, in pieces, it was so disgusting we had to quickly find an alternative pizza because we couldn't eat this, and this wasn't the first time, but will be the last time. I feel bad for the workers, but whoever is cooking, wow..

I love the stuffed crust, pepperoni and green olives with extra cheese. Been ordering there for years and have been very happy.As of the last 3 orders not happy at all. If there was extra cheese I could not tell, the stuffed crust wasn't fresh, it was chewy. It was like it would be the next morning after you left it out all night.Very disappointed, it use to be fresh, extra cheese and so yummy. I thought we'll, I'll give them another chance, bad decision.
