Past 3 I've had from this exact location, the bread on the entire pizza was hard like it was burned yet tasted like it was smeared with butter & undercooked, yet the toppings were burned/cold. As shown in the photo, I received that pizza like it was, you couldn't even get a piece without a slice literally breaking off halfway, not in a melting way, but like the slices literally snapped off, in pieces, it was so disgusting we had to quickly find an alternative pizza because we couldn't eat this, and this wasn't the first time, but will be the last time. I feel bad for the workers, but whoever is cooking, wow..

I had thE BEST SERVICE IN THE WOLRD from Kimbe (I'm not sure how to spell it) and Jessie James's great great grandson. They were so kind and personable!! BEST PEOPLE EVER!! Definitely will be coming back just because of them! 11/10 service

I love the stuffed crust, pepperoni and green olives with extra cheese. Been ordering there for years and have been very happy.As of the last 3 orders not happy at all. If there was extra cheese I could not tell, the stuffed crust wasn't fresh, it was chewy. It was like it would be the next morning after you left it out all night.Very disappointed, it use to be fresh, extra cheese and so yummy. I thought we'll, I'll give them another chance, bad decision.

The food is great. But, the delivery charge/fee is crazy high! But, it's not really something that needs saving up for. The food is still generally affordable. I recommend doing just take-out for a reduced overall price.

Where do I start? The dough was underbaked with a heavy flavor of raw flour. Pizza was drenched with buffalo sauce, used regular onions and not the red onions. Let's talk tips suggested at the bottom of the order screen. I went to decide on a tip and they had suggestions starting at 18%. The balance included the subtotal for food, sales tax and delivery charge. I did custom tip. It's not the fault of the driver. Come on, Pizza Hut, this was so poor. I can't believe someone looked at them and gave it an okay to be delivered. They close at midnight, plenty of time to make the pizzas correctly and maybe, even, bake them so people don't get sick! I don't know what's worse, this underbaked and poorly made pizza or the time they didn't deliver the pizzas at all. This Pizza Hut is awful. Would never recommend ordering from here. Word of mouth is a powerful tool for the success of a business.

Order from this place if you want to take a gamble on whether or not your food will actually show up. Looks like they like to close up early and not tell anyone, or attempt to do all of their last deliveries on their way home.

I ordered takeout, I walked into the building to one young man working in the corner doing the pizza boxes. The only two others I saw there were sitting at separate tables on their phones, I did not get greeted and barely got acknowledged which is fine. The boy at the counter took my order which was 2 very simple items & said it would be ready in 10-15 min. I came back in to get my food 15 min later to walk through the doors to see the same two kids sitting at the tables playing on their phones. When I came in, he forgot who I was and what I even ordered. my food was sitting on the back counter cold. again, I let it go because I was just ready to leave at that point. The boy who was one sitting at the table who took & completed my order had duct tape as some kind of bandage on his hand no gloves, no nothing. grabs all of my food packaging, MY FOOD & hands it over to me. never once washing hands either. WEAR GLOVES. you work with food & the public! The building was extremely dirty so you’d think some kind of work/ effort would have been being done. Therefore the reason for 1 star, I will not be returning. I came home & was not even able to eat my food.

Orders always take hours for pick up and one particular day the website confirmed that my order was processed but then the followup email told me it failed to process. Absolute waste of a trip.
