I ordered delivery and this is what showed up. Looks like the driver dropped the delivery bag or was driving like crazy! Will not order here again.

They do the breadsticks right and I love them. The little pizzas could use a bit more sauce in my opinion but are also yummy. Pretty quick service and friendly too.

Went for a quick lunch date. One pizza, dessert breadsticks, and 1/4 pan pasta on the lunch buffet. New pizzas and savory bread sticks were slow to the buffet, and poor selection on pizza choices. Our waitress was friendly but busy- we had to stop her & ask for refills on drinks. Place was clean. Food tasted good but the meal wasn’t quick and lacked choices.

After a cold evening of touring light. We stopped to get a bite to eat. As we sat down. We noticed how busy it gotten. How short staffed they were. Took over an hour to get our food. Management were unprofessional to the staff. Horrible time. Food wasn't even hot.

What Happened? For 40 odd years Central Entrance Pizza Hut has been our benchmark of what a good pizza should taste like. I don't know what has changed, but I hope they can get it fixed. My wife and I went to Pizza Hut last Sunday, and ordered two thin and crispy medium size pizzas. One was pepperoni and green pepper, the other was veggie lovers pizza. We asked that they be well done. They were burnt. Not only that - there didn't seem to be any tomato sauce on the pizza. The last time we were there - the pizza was, perhaps, the best ever. This time - it was inedible. Whatever changes have been made - please change it back!
Never showed up - you can't call the local place any more - got back into the national queue - my order disappeared - they took my name address and credit card though - they had no record - asked how I could speak to local manager, they put me hold again for at least 10 minutes till I finally hung up. Called my credit card company to make sure no charge had been made. Go to a local place if you are in Duluth - Pizza Hut is out of control corporate now.

Pizza Hut on Central Entrance in Duluth has the iconic Pizza Hut building with booths along three walls. Tables and a salad bar occupy the middle. My wife and I went because she wanted to try the pizza with the crust framed by garlic bread for dipping. It was priced with one topping. We got pepperoni. The pizza has two golf-ball sized puffs of garlic bread at the outer edge of each slice. Our waitress brought two condiment cups of marinara sauce for dipping. The pizza was very thin with overlapping slices of pepperoni. I found it unremarkable. My wife liked it. After eating the pepperoni pizza, we were left with the garlic bread. It was crusty on the outside, but tasted like untoasted bread on the inside. I wasn't exuberant or disappointed, but my wife liked it. Before pizza, I had a trip to the salad bar - lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, shredded cheese, croutons, bacon, and Thousand Island dressing. It was cool, crispy, fresh, and enhanced by the dressing. The restaurant was chilly. My wife complimented the cleanliness. This Pizza Hut serves Pepsi products but no beer.

Ordered pizza for delivery, was not working to submit online so called. Informed her online only coupon not working so nice young lady found another offer for a better deal and let me use it. Pizza took longer to arrive than stated in the phone call 45 minutes as opposed to 30 minutes stated. Pizza was hot and fresh, the kids all ate it and had enough for breakfast. Thank you!
