MSG Mono-sodium Glutamate In Popeye's recipes, this food is nasty for ones health, and over priced-stay away. They never answer the phone. 1 person spends 10-20 dollars and doesn't get satisfied or properly nourished. I know better than to ever eat here after trying this garbage years ago. You have been forewarned. Wait to eat here until they change their recipe and they will take MSG off the menu completely-almost immediately.

Went in when it wasn't so busy all the empty tables were dirty. They got 2 of our 4 sandwiches wrong they also shorted us a leg and a thigh on our 8 piece, the drinks were wrong also. They didn't understand that we wanted the hot ones sauce is why we actually went there. So was disappointing.

We ordered six breasts and six wings. We got 1 lg breast 5 sm breast 1 wing and 5 legs. Soooo disappointed because it cost $30 and we didn't get what we paid for. Shame on you Popeyes!! Not right!!!

Service was terrible. Food takes a long time to get. They have a screen up that says when your food is ready but I was told it doesn’t work.

I went through the drive thru and I couldn't believe how rude the person was taking my order. I would ask questions and she would answer me as if I was bothering her. She ask me what kind of sauce I wanted and I stated can I have parmesan ranch? She abruptly said NO . Well excuse me for getting the sauce wrong. When my order was done and I went to the window luckily I didn't have the woman who took my order but another young man so that was good. I would have said something to her but I didn't want anyone to spit in my food.
I was disappointed with the food as well since I ordered the buffalo wings and I swear they just must have pretended to toss them in sauce because only some of the wings had a few drops. I will never go back.

Place seams disorganized you step up to the counter and they just stare into space you usually have to tell them your order 2 or 3 different times all the condiments are behind the counter if you don't ask for them you don't get them

I wouldn’t come here right now… the food hasn’t ever been bad however the service is pretty rough. If service was better and I would actually get the correct food, I would give this specific Popeyes a better rating. Womp womp👎🏻

Food was eh. Not the greatest chicken available in Duluth. French Fries were hot but stale and hard to chew? Makes sense why it wasn't that busy during dinner time. Not worth returning for the lack of flavor in comparison to the cost.

Popeyes is in a tight business area...driveways ever so close and the highway is busy...narrow lot with a turn in drive...backing from the spot is harder...the food is delicious but crunchy...and the place was clean...didn't know we had to ask for sauces...my son, later, asked and was given quickly....

If you’re going to get food here, do not order for pick up or delivery. They have given my food away to the wrong people multiple times now. Food is good but I’d rather to keep my money than deal with this mess. Would love to have this as my go to fast food spot but I’ll avoid at all costs until the service is better.

This was my first time eating at Popeyes - went through the drive thru, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich - took one bite and threw it away! The texture of the chicken was gross, and it seemed “wet” inside. Maybe not cooked enough?
