Today5/2/24 horrible experience with guy working at 6pm He asked what I wanted, mini hotdogs and pretzels My daughter loved this mini dogs This guy served the mini dogs and pushing them in the cup I asked if can stop pushing and smashing my dogs, he made no conduct, told me the prize. I asked if he can give me a bigger cup He graps a cup and said Take the other one with you He was cursing and I said excuse me? Can I talk to your supervisor He said get out of my store, I will police to through you out. I have not done anything wrong He said he was the manager, Weird, he continues to use curse words I left because I was so confused I have bought this mini dogs and pretzel For over 2-3 months This my first time to meet this man/ guy No good costumers service experience And communication skills Arrogant and rude I left with no cheese or

Good temperature and fresh. Mozzarella stuffed bites are flavorless. I get that you dip them, but pretzels have a distinct flavor that these are missing. You shouldn't rely on a sauce.

We went to the pretzelmaker today for lunch, and I didn't catch the employees name, but after shopping in the mall for hours, he was the best customer service we received all day! Plus the pretzels were amazing! Thanks for the great service, and the great lunch!
Pretzel maker has the nicest staff in the mall! I never feel like I am bothering them and they are always very attentive! Especially Keityn! He deserves a raise for sure! Thank you for the most amazing service!

Sunday Oct 17th young lady made it seemed very inconvenient with our order. Pretzels with stuffed cheese were not on hand. The guy said it would take about 15 mins. I declined, but he said he had to make them anyways. What disburbed the most was how dirty the counter area was. Not only grimmy but just fuzzy debree everywhere.
