Like coming here when I'm up to eating in the mall which hasn't been often these days, but when I do the food quality is good. Had a pretzel bite addiction at one point and they go good with every sauce I tried. The pretzel bites have the right amount of salt and butter, could say the same for Thier pretzels. Good temperature and fresh. Mozzarella stuffed bites are flavorless. I get that you dip them, but pretzels have a distinct flavor that these are missing. You shouldn't rely on a sauce.
We went to the pretzelmaker today for lunch, and I didn't catch the employees name, but after shopping in the mall for hours, he was the best customer service we received all day! Plus the pretzels were amazing! Thanks for the great service, and the great lunch!
