I was at this location on February 28th around noon. They were out of fajitas veggies, queso and pico. None were being prepped in the back either. They were just out. I saw an employee while I was waiting to be helped scrape gunky old queso from the bottom of the container and put it into a bowl for an online order. The lady that helped me looked like she could care less and was super unfriendly. Very disappointed.

The food is good, but honestly I never know how long I'm going to spend in this place whenever I come in. During college season the line has been out the door just about at times. I try to do a pickup order and it's routinely 30+ minutes late. Try Crisp and Green next door instead if you want service and have to do a quick lunch. This isn't it.

I love the food how ever incredibly frustrated with the treatment I got today. I am a delivery driver for Uber eats and walked into a busy restaurant. I waited five minutes before asking if my order was already ready to which I was told by a lady in a purple shirt worth 30 to 45 minutes behind she didn’t bother to check the orders that were already out and I proceeded to wait patiently. I watched them make 20+ orders in front of me while I waited and continue to wait while the lobby got empty only for her to finally ask again what was the name on the order and when I told her she handed me the bag that was already ready and said I called the name a couple of times I have not been in the restaurant when she had called the name she should have looked when I asked on the order instead of just yelling at me that they were behind as it was very obvious. I waited for a half hour for food that was already ready, which made me lose my tip on my delivery.

Ordered online and when I got home I see that the burrito is half the size of normal and the chips bag is tiny. The bowls are normal but really lacked some ingredients though. I could make 3 same sized burritos from a single bowl.

Regardless of how the chicken or rice isn't prepared properly. The portion size is small now. It use to be a big full burrito and now all it is is these tiny burritos.

Worst food I’ve ever eaten the chicken was so burnt it was black. Burrito beef I think was horrible didn’t order veg got them anyway big chunks of green pepper and onion were not even cooked. Will never eat there again. The atmosphere was also not clean. Dirty tables floors and bathrooms
