Had a wonderful dinner. I enjoyed the Cider Braised Pork Shank and my wife had the Open Faced Roasted Chicken Sandwich
We stayed at the hotel so I took my kids down to have dinner. Overall not a good experience. The waiter was new but must have had no training. The food took a long time and there was a bone in my roasted chicken sandwich. Service: the waiter was not attentive, forgetful and didn’t know how the systems worked. He initially forgot to put in my order (which he entered 5-7 min before my kids got their food) so after waiting a long time for the kids food their plates were clean and the left the restaurant before I even RECEIVED my food. I sat with water empty for a while. He didn’t bring silverware to table initially and only brought some for one person… not for kids initially.(there weren’t even other napkins and they ordered something they needed a fork for). He didn’t come check on us. I had to flag him down for the condiments needed. When I received my bill I wanted to charge my room but he came back with a closed check and no way for me to tip. (I found cash… bc it’s not like me to not tip. I don’t think we was trying to mess up … just not a lot of experience) Food time: it took a very long time to get out the kids meals and my own. Not sure why but the kids were very hungry and hoping for food. I asked if there was coloring or something. If you are at a hotel where children might come, providing crayons and paper would be a good idea but there was nothing. Food itself: nothing to write home about. N unfortunately my roasted chicken sandwich had a bone in it! I crunched into a small bone and I was spitting it out into a napkin as the waiter was standing there. No comment or ask about it
Friendly service but very slow. Food was good but portions were tiny for the pricing and everything arrived cold. Not happy.
Waited too long for drink order, but they were nice. Waited a long time for them to come for our food order, but got our order taken. I took the kids for multiple walks while we waited for the food. Finally, I took one of the kids to our room while my wife waited with the other kid. Then my wife asked where our order was, and they hadn't even started it, so she came back to the room and we packed up and got out of there. We lost OVER AN HOUR and did not get any food! They didn't charge us for the two chocolate milks. We kept hearing other tables make comments of the wait and missing items from their orders. We were so mad. Kids were so hungry. Never again.

Was staying at hotel for a business trip and decided to try this restaurant for breakfast. Took my food to my room. The food was cold, bacon not cooked that well, and found a hair in my eggs. I was so disgusted I threw it away. Will not be visiting this hotel or the restaurant ever.

I had the special pre-theatre dinner menu, and my husband had a specialty burger. Both were delicious. I especially loved the three-course dinner that was themed to match the show "Waitress."
Had a great experience with a very knowledgeable bartender. They have some of the best pours in the city.

We were a party of 2. 3 tables including us at the restaurant. We must've waited 5-10 minutes after being seated to even get a glass of water and to have a drink order. Another 10 minutes to get a bottle of sparkling water, a few more for a virgin Bloody Mary. We had an appetizer which was good and fairly timely. Main course took a while, but not unreasonable. Good thing we had plenty of time. Food was fair to good. Overall, just okay. Ate before a show at Norshor theater so being close by was nice.
Surprisingly slow service for how busy they weren't. Very and I mean VERY delicious food, but certainly not for the light of wallet. Very friendly staff from what I could discern in the brief interactions between relatively long gaps. Probably would be very nice for a date night, but not the best choice for the type of evening we were after. Certainly an enjoyable experience, just not what we usually gravitate towards.

The food and service were excellent. We had ahi tuna as an appetizer and arctic char and rack of lamb.
We waited over an hour passed our reservation time for our order. Ended up paying for the drinks and heading out, as we had a show to get to. Supposedly they were “really busy” but there were only 4 tables of guests...the table next to us had their entrees brought out 1 at a time since they had been waiting forever as well.
The food here is excellent,a true hidden gem. Excellent chef and staff. I am also celiac and have never had a problem here.
Food de-lish! I had Atlantic Char, a fish that is a cross between salmon and trout. Ordered sauce on the side to better enjoy fish flavor. Husband had chicken, slightly overcooked but flavorful. Butternut squash risotto tasty comfort food. Server Ethan stellar!
Beautiful place to stay loved the colors and the bathrooms were amazing beds amazing over all the hotel did have its glitches but wouldn't stop us from coming back
