Ritual salad is my favorite place for soup and salad. I have not had one thing from their menu that I didn’t like. I am not a Brussel sprout person- but her Brussels sprout chowder was AMAZING! I even went back for seconds! Everything is delicious and the portions are big! I have been able to make two lunches out of one order. You should definitely eat here!

Ritual Salad is Delicious!! I was so happy to hear that a new salad place is in Duluth! I’m always on the search for an organic, healthy salad and this place achieves that and more! My parents and I went in today and got the wild rice soup as well the coconut curry and both were amazing. I find it hard to find vegetarian soups and so I was very excited when I found these! I also got a build-your-own salad and all of the ingredients taste very fresh and healthy. The owner, Corey, was very welcoming and kind. My parents and I will definitely be returning to ritual salad and I am super excited about the new location that is soon to be in Lakeside. This is the best place to get a great bowl of soup and a nutritious, delicious salad in Duluth!!

We needed something lighter and came here because of the good reviews. The maple vinaigrette on the salad was fabulous. She was also near closing and gave us lots of free goodies like extra rice and some banana bread. Fun little shop! Would definitely recommend stopping

This is the perfect place to get REAL FOOD! Cori makes everything from scratch with organic ingredients, no GMO's, etc. Great options for vegan and gluten free, and those on special diets. Her salads are delicious! Very personal and friendly service by the owner/operator. Highly recommend!
Dietary restrictions: I try to maintain an anti-inflamatory diet, and I was delighted to find this place where I can eat almost everything on the menu!

This is the best lunch spot!!! Amazing salads, big portions, and soooo many options. I tried the Green Goddess dressing and it was creamy and had a delicious dill flavor. The banana bread was so good that I regret not getting a whole loaf. They also offer cute women- made jewelry, gems, candles, and stickers. I wish I lived closer, I would visit them weekly!!!! 10/10 recommend and you won’t regret it!!!
