I've been going to Sammy's Pizza since I was a kid. Nothing beats fresh hand-toss dough, daily fresh sauce and quality toppings.
I ordered my usual as I visited Duluth (yes I'm out of state), sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. No anchovies this time.
Arrived at my hotel and wasn't disappointed. It was even still hot. The crust was toasted well. They always cut in squares and as always each square gave you a taste of everything you topped it with.
This is the only pizza shop I'll order from as they have been consistent for decades.
Kudos to my childhood pizza place 1970.???
