OK So it's in a mall so atmosphere isn't really something to critique, but one of our favorite 'to-go' restaurants. Ordering by the pie is more affordable than the combos for our family so that's how we roll. Always fresh, hot, on time, no problems Sbarro's. Have loved it since being a kid in Long Island, still do now as a middle aged dad who can share my love for this authentic NY style pizza with my Minnesota family.

i like when pizza is not wet, it seemed as if my pizza was soaking in water, i ordered a whole pizza and it looked like they took a bunch of pieces and tried to morph together a pizza (which they sucked at cuz there was a huge gap)

Worst experience at Sbarro ever. Very rude manager. I asked for some marinara with my stromboli and was told I had to pay $.79 when the combo is pictured with a side of marinara. The manager argued with me in front of other customers. I don't always agree that the customer is always right, but in this case, a small dipping sauce as pictured when asked for would have been well worth ot to the campany than this negative review...

consistently RUDE customer service. everytime i come here i instantly regret spending my money bc this whole team has the worst customer service in the entire mall. maybe try an attitude change, a simple smile, or a new job!

Waited for some time for an employee to show up, when she did she had a very angry look on her face and said nothing. I said Hi, nothing from her, not even a head nod. Just stood there and put her arms behind her back. I didn't even bother to order, I'll go some where a person will at least acknowledge a customer's existence.

We had ordered from there last night delivery they gonna give us some uncooked pizza. Pizza dough wasn’t even cooked all the way so I got real sick from some uncooked pizza dough. Don’t eat there don’t order from there.
