Love me a healthy option, and Shake-It is healthy and YUMMY!! Our faves are the Chunky Monkey protein shake and the Turkey Avocado sandwich with the cranberry bread. LOVE that they have a drive through, especially in the winter, it's makes eating better easy as pie. Except, of course, without real pie. ;)

The smoothie tastes like dollar store candy, and had the texture of what I'd imagine liquefied sandpaper would be like. The plastic cups are low quality and the lid will detach almost immediately if the cup tilts even the slightest amount. I would not recommend this unless you face immediate death from malnutrition.
