I really liked the croissant and coffee when they finally got to me. The staff looked pretty swamped, and when I asked about my sandwich, which seemed to be hanging out for a while, it felt like my question might've just piled on their stress. The vibe was a bit intense, and you could tell the staff were feeling overwhelmed, which definitely affected my overall feel of the atmosphere.

Duluth is very lucky in a lot of ways, beautiful views, friendly people, great breweries, and good coffee shops are just a few of those. As far as the SBUX brand goes, this is one of the better ones I've had a chance to visit. Really friendly folks...even early in the morning...always some sort of (positive) banter or hoopla going on inside or outside of the shop. They have a good selection of cups, beans, and other items for that last minute gift as well. Parking here is on street only, but there is a good amount of that.

employee only bathroom is wrong. I've never seen this anywhere else. they cut down their ability for customers for the few people who are on staff. I was there 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out of the bathroom. I finally left. Without buying my order.

Coffee was delicious! A gentleman accidentally grabbed my coffee and drank it. The baristas didn’t even hesitate to make a new one quickly. Definitely came back the next day!!
