Never go to this Starbucks unless you have like 30 minutes to waste. Even when there is virtually nobody there, you will wait 20 minutes minimum for mobile orders. This has happened to us several times at this location.

You know what? I shouldn’t be considered a high-maintenance customer or a Karen because I told the employee at the counter that the bathroom needed cleaning. The eye-ball roll was unnecessary. Poop on the outside of the toilet, tissue all over the floor, grime on the mirrors and dirt everywhere, is not a good look, Starbucks!
And, the employee at the counter who wasn’t trained to do her job very well, shouldn’t judge the person who pays for her paycheck. Seems like many of your reviews have a recurring theme. Bad Service! Perhaps Corporate needs to pay higher wages and staff new employees and new Management who actually care? Your brand has been suffering more and more each year. I guess bankruptcy is appealing to you. Do better!

This location is very inconsistent with timing. There have been multiple times it has taken almost a half hour to get a mobile order. I understand they're in a busy shopping area and cater to a large college population, but it's very frustrating when the app estimates 4-7 minutes and it actually takes 28 minutes. The location on central entrance never has this problem and is also very busy, so I don't know what the issue is but it makes me very wary to order from here if I ever have anywhere else to be at a certain time.

They didn’t help the new person trying to take my order , when it was made wrong (I asked for extra cream and there was 0 cream) I told the lady who handed it to me and she rudely dumped some out and said there was cream in the corner so I took it over there and there was infact no cream ( empty) so I just left .

Employees are rude and don't even look at you. I was in by the counter to order and nobody even said anything I was waiting there for more than 5 minutes. So I just left coz they act like no customer there.

Typically stop here on a Sunday late morning with so-so results but today was the last straw. Ordered a latte and a cappuccino and both had no coffee and tasted like dishwater. Shame on Starbucks for allowing this can of service. Place should be banned by anyone but the homeless.

I don't know what is going on at this location, but I won't be back anytime soon.. I ordered a Blackberry Sage Lemonade with NO lemonade and LIGHT ice. I got a beverage with lemonade NO Blackberry Fruit Inclusions and packed with ice. This is the third time.

Maybe try to go to one of the other Starbucks. I've lived in Duluth 4 years now. Their staff and manager, have a temperament about like Trump's Administration, it sucks! 😅
