This Subway has recently gone downhill. I’ll preface this by saying I worked at a Subway for three years.
I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and when I get to the veggies I tell Fiona the worker to add some olives to the sandwich. She proceeds to grab, I kid you not, an entire handful and completely cover my sandwich with them. If I remember correctly the Subway limit for olives is 6 for a footlong. I can assure it was a lot more than 6. I was quite surprised and upon telling Fiona that that seems like a lot of olives she rolls her eyes and takes some of them off.
Whoever the manager is, train your employees to follow the protocol for veggies and also teach them some customer manners as well. Very disappointed

I eat at Subway often but not usually this one. As an employer, I can appreciate a good employee. Kenwood Subway, please recognize the characteristics of a young lady named Kota that works in your store. She is a caring kind attentive young lady who enjoys her job. I didn't know her but the 5 minutes it took her to make my sandwich today refreshed my thoughts about the kids these days. After a tough week, thanks Kota for the sandwich and cheery conversation.

One of the Best subway places in town.Kota is always very friendly, kind and professional. So are the rest of the staff.You actually want to go there again and again. In spite of the fact, some of the OG subs and sauce have been taken out by the Brand management (Not the Duluth, MN management/owner) ?Especially the seafood sub and the creamy siracha sauce ?Thank you for your continued Awesome customer service!

Went in today around 1:20pm today and the woman who helped me was soooo sweet. I think her name was Laura. Anyway she was awesome :) I just got wheat 12 inch turkey but she and the lady working with her were great.
The last two times I've ordered online they neglected to add the bags of chips to my order. The first time I was refunded the money, the second time I was not. And the tuna sandwich I ordered hardly had any tuna on it. Not very good. I deleted my online account with them. They won't be getting my business anymore.

For the second time in a row, the food coming out was disguisting. Sandwich has 0 customizations to the sandwich I ordered. Not even the ones I paid extra for such as bacon, fresh mozxarella, and avacado.
