One of the best subways in Duluth! The staff were extremely nice and even gave me a deal on a meal I had no idea! The food was amazing as well and the overall experience was good!

This is the best subway I’ve ever experienced. A man named Ryan helped me and he was incredibly helpful and nice. It was very busy and ryan was able to take a leadership role and make a ton of food without making any mistakes or getting frustrated. This kid deserves a raise if I’ve ever seen, such a hard worker. The food was also great. I hope this review reaches someone in charge and gets this man a promotion!

I got coupons in the mail the other week for subway. I went to two different locations in Duluth and they both didn't accept them. I asked a employee at the location off of Kenwood and she said their wasn't a subway anywhere near Duluth that accepts these coupons. Overall, I'm upset that I got coupons in the mail I have to drive at least an hour to use, even then there's a chance that they won't accept them.

This Subway has recently gone downhill. I’ll preface this by saying I worked at a Subway for three years.
I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and when I get to the veggies I tell Fiona the worker to add some olives to the sandwich. She proceeds to grab, I kid you not, an entire handful and completely cover my sandwich with them. If I remember correctly the Subway limit for olives is 6 for a footlong. I can assure it was a lot more than 6. I was quite surprised and upon telling Fiona that that seems like a lot of olives she rolls her eyes and takes some of them off.
Whoever the manager is, train your employees to follow the protocol for veggies and also teach them some customer manners as well. Very disappointed
We've always liked Sub sandwiches. The veggie is great.

Kenwood Subway, please recognize the characteristics of a young lady named Kota that works in your store. She is a caring kind attentive young lady who enjoys her job. I didn't know her but the 5 minutes it took her to make my sandwich today refreshed my thoughts about the kids these days. After a tough week, thanks Kota for the sandwich and cheery conversation.
