Maybe I ordered wrong but the meat was still fridge cold, it was just plain chicken without teriyaki, and the veggies was scarce. I hope this location can turn things around as it’s been a favorite place to eat, that’s close to home too. Sorry for the bad review, although this is the second time I’ve been less than satisfied. I hope things turn around in the future.

Just a heads up This Subway is no longer excepting coupons . It was a good thing I had just enough cash to cover my order.
They should post it on the sign by the road. had I knew that, I would have drove past and got food elsewhere.

I don't know what has changed recently but online ordering has gotten terrible. Ordered today at 4:15 pm got there at 4: 40 pm and my order wasn't even started. To top that, they helped 2 walk ins before even asking me if I needed help while standing at the cashier register and pick up area. I could see someone pulled the online order since the slip was on the counter so SOMEONE was aware of it. The employee working the counter seemed unaware of it and the order wasnt even started. This has happened twice now. So much for Online Express!!! Had to wait additional time for them to finish 3 footlong subs.

Only rating it a 2 because I do like subway food. Just this store in particular is really slow with Online orders now. They do not take priority at all and be prepared to walk in and have to wait because the staff haven't even started the order yet!!!

Usually have really good service at the subway on 53 going out of town north, but had to remind the subway guy to change his gloves after he went to the cash registered and handle all the other stuff. They’re usually pretty good but today not so much he seemed a little mad that I asked him to change his gloves, but y’all Covid going around again. I do not want it. Thank you.

The subway drive through a few miles away messed up my order. I expected to hit another to purchase a new order. I found this one and was telling about my other experience...they gave me the sandwich for free! Thanks guys!!! You are the Superior Subway!
