Always been a friendly place when I've stopped here. It's not the fastest, then again neither is any Taco Bell I've been to. But they have always been nice and gotten my order right, which is rare. Kudos.

Went thru the drive thru today, spent at least 20 minutes in line total. Didn't have enough change for $100. Ordered a chicken Gordita crunch with the Doritos hard shell n got freaking beef instead of what I ordered. Overall poor experience. Not sure if there were enough people working. Definitely NOT happy with today’s experience.

Went late at night and the folks working there made the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had despite there being the most obnoxious college kids yelling in the dining room. They cut no corners, made a great crunch wrap.
Bethany was snotty when we repeated. No sour cream and when we picked up our order we looked inside she again snottlt told us to move on. We were just checking our order
The individuals working this afternoon were absolutely amazing. They apologized for the delay and made sure everything was accounted for and correct. We need them to come to Baxter and teach customer service. Fantastic job.

Whoever this colored lady at the window. She is exceptionally rude! This isn’t the first time she has been rude to me! I’m not one to comment on anything unless I got degraded to a point. I’ve never done anything to offend her to be this rude! If you just want to be rude to everyone right off the bat, then don’t work at all! Stay home please! She gave us the wrong drinks too! I would put -10000 on this location!

So I came in tonight with my wife and, son at about 9 pm, ordered food at the kiosk. Then proceeded to wait 45 mins (9:05pm to 9:50pm) for my food. I get they were busy because it was move in day for the colleges in town. The employees seems only focused on the drive thru and not the inside guests. Finally after the 45 mins wait we got our food. They did not get me drinks ahead while we waited just sat and waited.. No employee was giving any update or drinks to any if the guests. There was one man while we were eating had, let me know hehad waited about an hour. When we left he was still waiting. One girl was waiting 45 mins for 2 tacos. There were 3 door dashers that were standing for at least 20 to 30 mins. When I mentioned I had been waiting 45 mins. The lady was like well. Again, I get the drivecthru was busy. There was no apologies, I had to ask about my drinks. There was no sense of urgency by the employees. No one giving any direction. I have worked fast food. Let the cooks know what you need. Give the guests that have been waiting an update. ALSO, Who ever designed the parking lot is an idiot. When the drive thru is backed up car coming in are blocking cars trying to leave.

Still waiting on my food. Your best bet is to use the drive-through, but honestly just go somewhere else. Edit: finally got my food. The Luxe cravings box is honestly a fantastic value, but a literal run to the border might have taken less time.
