Was there at 6:55 Am we were told that we couldn't set at the drive thru. Why I don't understand. They were both very rude and inconsiderate of someone that isn't even from here. The employees were smoking and screaming at us. Just the rudest thing I ever indured and I am from the cities.

Worst nachos I’ve ever gotten from a Taco Bell. And an even worse drive thru parking lot design. Had to hold up the line in order to let out 4 cars of the parking lot. If not, they would have been boxed in.

The food lately has been pretty atrocious. Not at all fresh and they seem to not pay any attention to modifications on orders. Also every time I go I get completely different ratios on the same items. Im done coming to this location, would rather drive up the hill to the other Taco Bell where I know I'll get what I ordered and fresh food every time.

Unpredictable food. I love Taco Bell and never had a bad experience, until trying out the nicely remodeled location on London rd. The refried beans are so dry and thick, so any burrito with beans will be overwhelmed by a thick dry bean paste. I had one cheesy bean and rice burrito that was great, but the other one in that same order was just terrible, like they left out the cheese and just added more over cooked beans. The cheesy double beef burrito was the same way. I’ll often order two at a time, and I’ve had one that was good, but the other three I’ve had have been rough, it’s like they skipped the sour cream, and went very light on the cheese, and also overcooked the meat.
I don't know if it's because they have the quadruple threat of the King, the Clown, Jared, and T-John, but this is the best Bell in town. Like-- the supreme taco shells are by Tacobell standards unnaturally fresh and crunchy, The lettuce, and cheese were actually full of life, and not imported from Juarez. I was shocked. My shame and indigestion were replaced by an actual, legitimate, fast-food texmex experience. You just cannot find that anymore. Across the civilized word, Tacobell is a sham, a shell of what it once was. In Duluth we have the privilege of a decent Taco Bell, and it is located here. Wars have been fought over this, for the love of all things holy, do not take it for granted. Thank you, goodnight.

I frequent this Taco Bell. Normally the food and service is pretty good. Took the family there yesterday for lunch. My wife and I got chalupas. They were so hard we couldn’t even bite into them. My wife kindly asked for new one and the guy cooking was very rude about it and basically told her we need to just eat them and get over it. She insisted we wanted new ones or our money back and he was a complete jerk. Very sarcastic once he finally made new ones. Made us feel very unwelcome and like us eating there was a problem. Will drive down to grand avenue from now on when we get Taco Bell. Worst Taco Bell experience ever.

I've been using the Taco Bell app for mobile orders at the London Road location in Duluth frequently this month, and I'm consistently impressed. **Nine out of ten times, my orders are incredibly fast, perfectly accurate, and always include all the sauces I request.** This level of efficiency for mobile pickup is fantastic.
There was only one instance where I experienced a substantial wait, about 30 minutes after placing my order. However, this was completely understandable. I could see only two employees working, the drive-thru was extremely busy, and there were several customers waiting inside while others placed new orders. Whether this was due to a shift change or simply being short-staffed, I truly appreciate that even under pressure, **my food was not rushed or carelessly assembled; it was made properly and with care.**
I'm not sure if the app's estimated pickup times factor in current store demand or if it's based on a standard timeframe, but either way, the team here does a remarkable job. Highly recommend this location for reliable and accurate mobile orders!
