Website allowed me to do delivery but once money was taken it went to pick up and I was at work. Very disappointed and I was referring everyone there from my job. Not sure I will be doing that again.

The service is terrible. The staff are the opposite of accommodating. Twice now I’ve gone here with my friends in the hopes of having a good time and, despite being on the waitlist and having a reservation ahead of time, we’ve waited 40+ minutes and left because we haven’t been called up. What is the point of making sure you can get a table at a certain time if the staff completely ignore you and pretend you aren’t on the list? It’s ridiculous and your lack of care is unacceptable.

Had the best experience here the other day. Best meal
I've visited this location multiple time however tonight was the most uncomfortable horrible dining experience I've had there. We were seated at a 2 person small table in the aisle. We were bumped by patrons and waitstaff multiple times and was very uncomfortable with staff and patrons hovering over our table as we ate because our table was placed in an aisle. When the manager checked in with us, it just seemed liked we were brushed off with a senior citizen discount.This was our first night out without our children in over a year and it was extremely disappointing. Will not be back anytime soon.

A few days ago my partner and I had traveled to Duluth, The manager was more then happy and took us in at 10:40 when they would be closing at 11 (we arrived to the city late and were starving. We asked if it was okay to still dine in). Being one of the last tables the Waitress was more then kind to us as we felt bad, she went out of her way to make us have a great experience and delicious meal! She was so sweat when we were ready to pack up our leftovers and go, brought us to go containers with all the right dip/sauce lids! Plus gave us a couple extra buns just as they were closing and had some extras baked... I was PUMPED! One of my favorite things about Texas roadhouse is the bread!
Kid-friendliness: Great Environment for a Family dinner with kiddos! They have cool tablets on each table for the kids to play some games and an awesome looking kids menu!
