We had the Minnesota Marshmallow trailer at my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding this past weekend, and it was an absolute hit! Our guests raved about it, they loved the unique and interactive twist on dessert. The variety of marshmallow flavors and chocolates was a huge hit, and everyone had a great time making their own s’mores. My daughter and son-in-law especially appreciated the personalized touches, the slideshow was a beautiful surprise, and the custom s’mores box was such a thoughtful keepsake. We haven't tried every flavor but do really like the boozy ones! We have taken them to family in Indiana, Wyoming and Finland. Our new favorite are these fried ones. It's the best of a campfire and the state fair in one. You won't find this treat any where else!

Amy made having MN Marshmallow at our wedding so much fun. I was so excited about the idea of having s'mores. Amy met with us and provided so much information and suggestions. Her energy exudes and she is fun to work with. We asked if she would be able to make a video work on the menu, and even though they had never done it before they made it work. Everyone loved the s'mores and marshmallows, and we had plenty to take home for ourselves. With our bundle we received a custom smore board and roasting sticks. They are high quality and very cute. We could not be happier.
