Impressively long line for the food truck at Duluth Court House on Thursday afternoon. Was hoping it would be worth the wait. Falafel looked beautiful on its bed of lettuce and cucumber. Outside crispy and brown, but inside mostly raw.

I had the gyro burger, and it was absolutely out of this world. One of the best things I had ever eaten in my entire life. I struggled to enjoy every bite though, because it was so good, I couldn’t slow down. Wouldn’t give it 5 stars, would give all the stars in the sky though.

The food truck was at the EWC YMCA. I’m an employee, so we were treated to a meal on the Y. I got the mahi mahi tacos. That’s it and Omg so good. 5/5 for sure.
