The social house always serves a good breakfast. Amber is very hard working, attentive, and friendly. She rocks!
Busy and noisy vibe inside of the garage style restaurant. Outside seating on the patio is an option. Servers are friendly and efficient. The soup of day was chicken wild rice and was light loaded with grilled chicken and wild rice. Breakfast was standard and fine. The hash browns were crispy, light and not oily. The gyro meat was dry and obviously warmed up but it was topped with a tasty homemade sauce. Good bloody Mary’s with a Coors Light stint for $9.
Reply to their reply: I NEVER said add seating! I said manage the number of allowed seating! I retired from the government and know how it all works. I'm sorry I offended you!
Long wait because they have tables to seat six and most groups are 2 or 4! Here is an idea to the owner/manager: GET TABLES OF 2 And 4!! Then you can slide them together when needed rather than having FOUR EMPTY seats at a table for six while the wait-list is 30 long!! I had to use the napkin from my place setting to clean the seat before I could even sit down!! The place is very loud. Don't even waste your time here with the limited bar and breakfast type food!
Great place to meet and relax
The food was mediocre at best. The Carmel roll was the best thing we ordered. The hollandaise sauce was clearly not house made and came out broken.
Staff is very friendly and warm. Food is absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a place to eat in Canal Park, definitely check this place out!
This is truly a hidden gem. Found it through a google search, as it was near a shop we were visiting in Hermantown. Unsuspecting on the outside, cozy warm and friendly on the inside. The food was great and the staff were too. Highly recommend.
We had the best experience. From the gal that answered the phone when we checked on the wait on a Sunday morning, to the waitress and everything in between. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. We will for sure be back! Called two other breakfast hotspots in the area before calling here and sadly the other two were super rude. I understand the importance of good customer service for your front of house and phone staff… I guess I’m glad they were rude because it lead us to head to this place! 10/10 to this restaurant!
Vegetarian options: Many meat free options and the options to add on plant protein.

Loved this place both times. No, it was no wasn't all perfect but I still loved it. Service was friendly and good but slow. Atmosphere was basic, pleasant and clean. Food was fantastic, well presented and high quality. All the employees were great. I'll be back.

Great food and staff! Awesome restaurant. Great bloody’s and breakfast cocktails. Caramel pecan rolls were outstanding and their cheesy brisket potato soup was one of the best soups I’ve ever had!!

Lunch try. Food was OK. I got avocado sliders as I wanted something smaller portion. Was good, nothing crazy. What I should have tried was probably breakfast such as the gyro omelet. My wife got the walleye sandwich and liked it, great portions.
Service, OK. Wasn't busy by any means and the one person was extremely nice but was struggling. We were not in a rush and it was nice to sit out on the patio. First time here -- OK experience, but not going to be a regular or even a repeat place for us. We primarily went because it was a patio and not a busy tourist day.
