CRAZY GOOD!!! I have been waiting all winter for them to return and today I hit the jackpot at St. Lukes. A smoked brisket sandwich to eat in the car and a full rack of ribs to take home. 10/10. This is the best bbq I have ever ate in my life and I always recommend this place to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed.

Wow!! Once again I can make ribs at home with a tasty seasoning, I have my favorite…TIGS again. I even got enough for gifts. I ran out of Tig’s and bought some at the store 🥹🙁 it just didn’t make it, in fact it’s in the trash. Thanks Troy for your hard work, you too Jessica!!👏

We had Tig's cater our wedding in Solon Springs, and it was delicious. They were recommended by our venue (The Atrium) and they exceeded our expectations. We heard nothing but great things from the guests and they were very easy to work with! My husband drove 6 hours to Duluth to try the BBQ initially, and said we had to have them. We look forward to seeing the Tig's truck again the next time we're in Duluth!

We had Tigs BBQ for our wedding and everyone loved it! The smoked mac and cheese and smoked baked beans were so good. I normally don't like potato salad, but I loved Tigs potato salad! The pulled pork & chicken were amazing too. Great customer service and help from Troy all around. Pricing was extremely reasonable and we had enough leftovers for family to take home. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you!!

i bought the pork rub and the tigs smokin pig zesty honey bbq sauce and I slow roasted the ribs with pork rub a couple hours, then broiled them today with zesty honey. so good! Definitely a quality sold at Superior meats!

Tig Catered for my wedding out in Poplar at the Grainary, he did an absolutely amazing job and had everybody wanting more and more. We even had people ask us if we got to keep leftover food and if they could take it from us. Tig was amazing to work with throughout the whole process and he’s very very reasonable with pricing for the amount of food you get. We had brisket and turkey for our meat choices and both of them were delicious, but some would argue his smoked Mac and cheese was the best part. I would highly recommend tig for any catering you need for any event, he’s very professional, kind, respectful and most importantly an outstanding cook!

The food was PHENOMENAL and their staff was incredible.We eat wedding food week in and week out, so you might call me a bit of a wedding food snob - this was really good. I’m craving another plate of that delightfulness and might even need to track the truck down this week to get some more deliciousness!!!!!
