Pizza is great employees clearly don’t care. If you get your pizza it’s great. If you have to call you either wait on hold for 20 plus mins or you don’t get a hold of anyone. Love toppers as a whole and their company but this location is terrible. More than likely Won’t be ordering from this location going forward.

Every time I've tried to order online I've had an issue with the website, no one has ever answered the phone when I've tried to call, and last time my order was randomly canceled about 20 minutes after placing it (and receiving confirmation) with no explanation and again no one answered the phone. Good pizza though, if I were able to actually get it haha

They don’t answer the phone. When I told them that I was on hold for 40 minutes and the phone might not be working I was told they aren’t answering it tonight. Very frustrating. Order online or you’ll never eat.

Zero is what I would give them. Hours aren't right delivery hours aren't right and ordered twice and everything was cold and barley even made/cooked. Just a garbage business all around. I use to love their food in Madison but guess it is not the same food. From store to store. Buyer beware! You will regret ordering it in this city Duluth. Updating Edit = tryed to give this place a chance 3 years later just to sit on hold for 20+ minutes without a single person answering the phone. Boycott this store. Absolutely ridiculous and odds are the food won't be right warm or delivered. Gotta say toppers just lost any chance of my money now and in the future. I hope you make the right decision like I just did. Not that hard to run a pizza joint and I have and couldn't imagine treating anyone with this quality of service. Just shameful. If you can't staff the place close the doors save yourself the time and money.

I tried Toppers because it was recommended by a former coworker from the Chicago area as their favorite pizza joint and it was a convenient option. The pizza was good but did not rate as one of my top choices. They had a good amount of toppings and it was ready in 15 minutes for pickup after ordering online. Mind you this was a non-busy time of day. Pickup was easy. Note for people who have not been here before, there is bar type seating for 3 people in the walkway to the register. That is probably intended more for folks to sit and wait for their order. The setup is not for dining in.

Was scammed by this location tonight..
Ordered online and used the pick 2 for $11.99 deal. Selected a 14" large pickle pizza and a triple order of picklestix. What came was a 12" medium pizza and a single order of topperstix in the large sized boxes. Called the store to inform them of the mistake. The person who answered the phone never took any responsibility and claimed that it "wouldn't be possible" to get those sizes because they were "out of medium sized dough today". Obviously they still had some because that's what I got and over paid for! After a lot of back and forth with him, him not making any efforts to resolve the issue, I gave up on him.
I've been ordering from here for years, long enough to know the sizes these items should be. Sadly I will not be ordering from here anymore after that interaction.

Current staff regularly messes up orders. If you get delivery and try to reach them by phone about an issue, they don't pick up or leave you on hold forever. Shouldn't be that difficult to read and follow a pizza order but somehow they always get it wrong. And when they re-make it while you wait, they STILL get it wrong and forget to cut it! Very disappointing.

Ordered a dinner for pizza, the ordered toppings were not correct. Unfortunately, when I tried to call to resolve the issue I was put on hold for 15 minutes with no contact with an employee. This is unfortunate, because their food is quality.

Was my favorite pizza place, still a great value. But they got rid of my favorite crust.
Placed an order for 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and a coke. The delivery driver didn't read the delivery instructions to find my house and then also gave us the wrong order.
Called Toppers and explained. Said I don't want a refund, I want the pizzas I ordered and I've now got 4 pizzas I don't want.
So they remake them, delivery driver follows instructions to the back door, but instead left the entire order on the hood of a car in my driveway, with rain on the way. They also forgot the extra garlic sauce I paid for.
Pizzas are good, but I need assurance that I'm getting what I pay for - the first time. Id LOVE to take 100% of the tip back from the delivery girl. She earned nothing.

I just bought a pizza from here through Doordash... This is the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. This pizza is worth every damn penny, it's the best flavor and the best crust. They cooked it to perfection and... It's perfect. I've never had such a delicious pizza, many thanks to the people who cooked this, many blessings.
And I sincerely thank the owner of this place for opening this place with the best pizza in Duluth... No, the best pizza in the country.
