Just the worst fast food place in town. The lobby was closed, even though it looked like enough people were working to keep it open.

Lobby closes at a random time hours before it stats it closes on the door. (Strike one, falsely advertised hours.) And also the lady that took my order was incredibly rude. Scolled me for stating I had a coupon and giving the coupon code. Coupon code works at a register but I guess drive thru must not have a register because I had to sit there for a couple minutes getting scolled about it. But the guy in the drive through window was nice. He had good service. And the food was still good and quick. So there is that. Regardless, needs better management.

Food not up to par. Burgers tasted like they ha been sitting a while.. ketchup empty told lady behind the counter and the never refilled. Only thing good was the fountain drink.. was there about 2:15 on 01/25/25

Went to Wendy's today like 20 minutes ago and the kid in the window was very rude and disrespectful we were there picking up for dash and didn't realize that the store was locked and didn't know we had to stop at the box so we pulled up to the window we were the only one there and he was just so rude and he is a African American young man. He talked down to us like we're kids we and yelling and he was on his phone handing his phone and then he was talking crap about us behind the window. As a customer we would not be going there he honestly doesn't deserve to be helping customers he told us that we incorporated him and the order was ready some one needs to do something about that store because the house has a lot of complaints about food and staff.
We were very disappointed with our visit. We ordered one of the $7 biggie bag meals and the burger was cold. There were no napkins and the floor by the drink machine was very wet, someone could have easily slipped. The women's restroom had no paper towel and was very dirty. Won't be returning anytime soon.
I get Wendy’s frequently, and normally they have pretty good quality food for being fast food and for good prices. However, this time I received my burgers raw. Very pink. And after 20 minutes of trying to contact the restaurant to let them know whoever is on grill is making raw burgers, they still didn’t answer the phone. I’m incredibly disappointed after todays experience and makes me reluctant to go back.

I was there today for lunch with my husband. I ordered the ranch chicken wrap meal. The large flour tortilla was overwhelming! I took a bite and nothing but tortilla. I opened it up to find a few pieces of chicken, some cheese and a little wilted lettuce for $11.00! Huge rip off. Also our French fries were barely warm. I did bring them back to the counter for some hot ones! $25.00 for both of us! My husband’s burger was good, I was sorry I didn’t get one! I don’t think we will be returning!

Google and their app indicate the lobby is open. The app allowed me to place an order for carry out but their lobby was locked. Because I placed it for ASAP, I’m not able to cancel and receive a refund. They have gone downhill quick at this location.

Restaurantji Recommends
So my husband and I at 11:25pm were turned away. We were told not because they ran out of food, but because they had ALREADY turned off and cleaned the grills and fryers, everything. Which would mean they were done before 11.....
Supposedly, the boss said they had to be done at the time they were supposed to. Um.... the restaurant closes at midnight.... This is horrible customer service.
Both their app and Google say that they’re open at seven, so I placed an online order to pick up at seven. When I arrived at 7:30, they ignored me in the drive-through, and the door was still locked despite the door stating that they were open at seven. Apparently, this location thinks their hours are a suggestion, not a requirement.

I've put this off experience after experience but no longer. I will not be returning especially with Chic-Fil-A being a slightly healthier alternative. At this most recent visit I was in the drive through and the attendant welcomed me. After she did I heard her ask if I needed a minute. After a moment to look at the menu and decide I started to order and was greated with a rude "wait a minute" to which I promptly left and my husband walked in to order. This is after countless visits with extremely dirty bathrooms and every surface being sticky from the counter, pop Station, and most tables. They're never busy anymore but always act like they have a full lobby.
