I’ve only been to the tap room once which was a great experience overall with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m part of the Cider Club and cannot stress enough how fantastic the customer service is! I had an issue with one singular can in a 4-pack. The staff was quick to respond to emails and sent out a full 4-pack of replacements as well! The cider club is such a fun concept as well. I look forward to visiting the Duluth location again soon! It also helps that this is hands down my favorite brand of ciders I’ve tried!
