Zen House has the highest-quality Japanese food I've had this side of the Pacific. We don't realize how lucky we are to have this restaurant in our community. 20 years I've been enjoying their food -- I hope I've helped put someone through college or somethin'. 😆

Absolutely love the food. We eat in and get to-go often. Ramen to sushi to appetizers we love it all. Very generous with fish portion and some of the best miso in town. Was very disappointed tonight though (Thursday). I know they close at 8, so I called at 730 to order food to-go. No answer, tried twice. So I decided to drive the two blocks because I figured they might be busy. Got there at 7:38 and the door was locked. Sign on the door says last order is at 7:45 - kinda hard to order to-go if I can’t get in.

EXCELLENT SUSHI! Best I’ve had in Minnesota for sure. Superb food all around. Great service. Only minor complaint is that it was a little warm inside. However it was a very hot day outside.
