I am extremely disappointed in the way they handle my order. First off they said my card didn't work. I called bank and they reported back to me that it had gone through. So they where working on it and would get it out to us. When delivery arrive only half the order was their. So they where marking it down and get it out to us. Forty-five minutes later I called them back. They where busy getting orders done and get it out to us. I said it's ridiculous when they messed up, I should have gotten it by now when they messed up. We'll they have it noted and get it out. So no its another 45 minutes and still no show. The egg rolls we got where like mush inside. For many yearsI have gotten from them generally all is fine. Sometimes better and some times poor. I believe that I am extremely unhappy when for many years I was customer. Apparently they do not need the business when they don't work on making it better. What's wrong with this picture when I have to call 3 times. Now at 8: 55 I am told it will be 17 dollars more. Sad I have to write a poor review and I am done with them. I hope people watch out for this. Yea I am upset but righteously so. I hope when you order it doesn't happen to you and that you get to eat with other your company. Service on phone very poor

Haven’t ordered in awhile (have been a customer from here in the past many times) but got take out and it was NOTHING like I remember. The “fried” rice was steamed and total mush, the won tons barely had a dab of filling and were nearly burned, the house lo mein and egg roll had no flavor. I didn’t see any of the staff I used to see, I’m not sure if the place sold or what but SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere!! Seriously, kwik trip egg rolls are 20x better than anything we ordered from here. Online ordering and pick up was a breeze but it doesn’t matter when the food is inedible. $50 worth and it all went in the garbage! Highly disappointing and we will never return.

Used to be a favorite restaurant; I ate their food regularly. Then the price increased, I get it, but the last time I ordered, food was meh
This time it was horrible. The fried rice was soggy and discolored, the potstickers had an “off” taste, and the rest of my food wasn’t much better
Too bad,,, I used to love their food. I’m done

I really enjoy the Shrimp Mai Fun. Very generous with perfectly cooked shrimp. Also, they have my favorite cream cheese wontons in town. Delicious crispy and light wonton and a good amount of cream cheese.
*edit*
They are no longer good.

I ordered a Szechuan pork dish with white rice. My husband ordered the egg foo young with shrimp and chicken. The gravy for the egg foo young was a little bit too salty the fried rice was good the white rice was good the pork in my dish was unfortunately freezer burned.

Terrible customer service. I order pepper steak and rice and there was hardly any steak in it. Called the restaurant the person who answered was rude. I've been eating here for 5 years never had an experience like this until now. I hope they get shut down. Over priced.

We used to live just up the hill from Zhong Hua, and it was our "go to" Chinese take-out restaurant. After moving further away, we haven't ordered in about 3 years. Last night we were in the area, so we were excited to treat ourselves and pick up some Chinese food! I don't know what has happened in the past 3 years, but it is not the same. The pork fried rice was undercooked, had very few pieces of pork and was very bland. The sesame chicken was overcooked and hard as a rock. The Szechuan beef was mostly onions, and the shrimp mei fun had tiny, sparse shrimp, a big patty of fried egg, only a couple long pieces of celery and zero flavor. There aren't a lot of options for Asian food in that area so I hope they can make some changes and become good again. I will stick to Japanese cuisine at Hanabi and Ichiro because their rice and noodles are the best around.

Would not recommend, last time I ordered from them I got beef lo mein and sesame chicken, the lo mein tasted like it was cooked in a dirty pan, and the sesame chicken was NOT the same consistency as chicken, I bit into one piece that honest to god felt like I was eating something’s ear, I will never order from them again and I hope you don’t either.

Can't call the number and ordering online is like jumping through every hoop they could possibly make you.
