Had a great hazy IPA here! This is a hidden gem in the Northfield/Dundas area that you might not know about if you only see Dundas from the highway. Good place for a drink on the river!

A gem in the Northfield/Dundas area, Chapel Brewing oozes charm, community, and passion. It's easy to spend a warm sunny day on the beautiful patio deck watching the Cannon River flow by while trying their delicious arrangement of small batch beers, kombuchas, or root beer on tap. Just a few visits and suddenly you're family at Chapel Brewing!

Put this place on your taproom tour. Great proprietor with an inviting atmosphere. The chapel is a great place to commune with your friends, family and everyone there. The beers are fresh and all full of flavor. I missed the weekly small batch but be sure to ask if there is any left. Looking forward to a visit in summer to enjoy the patio and some more beer!

Quaint little brew pub with small amount of seating inside and outside. Solid list of beers. One of our three Northfield area brew pub stops!

I feel compelled to write this review today, as I was throughly embarrassed and humiliated by the woman owner of Chapel Brewery, Dundas. My friend and I have never visited a Brewery before and because we heard and read such raving reviws and there was to be entertainment, we decided to see what the hype was all about. So we we're excited to go for the 3rd time. The seating is limited therefore we went an hour earlier to get our spot. The entertainment came at 4pm and barely got started, when we were approached by the woman owner, who made it quite clear, we had to purchase their products to pay for the entertainment... in front of all the customers!! I was really offended, angry, and taken aback when she accosted us, with her "RULE" in front of all!! I'm not sure how she decided we wern't going to buy anything, as we had 2 hours to go with the entertainment. We had no knowledge of their "Rule," as we didn't see it posted or written anywhere!! We had contributed previously to a jar they passed around for the entertainment and had bought some snacks and a drink the other 2 times we'd been there. We weren't ready to purchase something yet, as we had just eaten, when she approached us. It's a shame she got so pushy for us to buy!! Between the 2 of us, we will spread the word of unfair treatment and We Will Not Be Back!!! We were definitely humiliated!! Instead of her telling us we had to buy from them, she could have said I noticed you are new to our establishment; here is how we do things...she could have asked us to come with her to a place where not everyone was on our back listening. She should have respected us as new customers and been more diplomatic.
The old saying of " it pays to be kind to people," is certainly true.
