Ruth's on Stafford do it right! Quick, efficient, friendly service. And amazing food that radiates with the care that's put in by the cook! Such good, wholesome, cozy yummy food! I highly recommend the food as well as catering service. I love working with Ruth on events especially because she provides sustainable wares like assorted compostable items or reusable plateware instead of disposal which further makes her our top choice.

The 2022 Agderlag Stevne banquet was held at Ruth's On Stafford: It was a wonderful event from start to finish. Ruth is a fabulous chef and host. One of her specialties is Norwegian cuisine. The evening started with a cash bar and charcuterie followed by a customized buffet: Spinach salad with beets and Mandarin oranges; Dill rosemary pork tenderloin; Chicken tenderloins with brunost sauce; Mashed red roasted potatoes; Broccoli; Creamed cabbage; Lingonberries; and Kransekake (wreath cake) served with coffee. The affordable room rental fee includes a large screen, a podium, a microphone, etc. There is an outdoor patio adjacent to the main room, ample parking, and updated restrooms. Highly recommend for gatherings large and small. Ruth and her staff are easy to work with and will help create a memorable event no matter what the occasion.

From the beginning when meeting Ruth to the ongoing communication and flawless timing,Ruth knocked it out of the park!! She catered our wedding reception and the food was amazing! We asked for flavor and she delivered! The pork was very juicy and all the sides also had all our guests wanting more! Food was hot and delicious! I threw my boyfriend a surprise birthday party last Saturday at Ruth's on Stafford, everyone that came LOVED the food and the venue. My guests had nothing but compliments for the food and for Ruth, everyone including myself LOVED her!!!. Ruth is an excellent host, she truly cares about what she does and cares about making sure that people have a wonderful experience at her place. This is definitely the place to book if you want to have a memorable event with delicious food and awesome host to boot!!

Delicious food that is prepared with a mind to healthy fresh ingredients. I also appreciate the variety of dishes Ruth offers. Her soups are great for lunches during the week and I save a lot of time not preparing dinner. I know that there’s something delicious waiting for me in the refrigerator to just heat up and enjoy.
