My experience this morning with how the General manager of this particular store treated was absolutely abhorrent. The dude acted and talked to me like I was a complete disservice to him the entire time dealing with him. He thought he could continue taking advantage of me and mistook my soft-spoken tone of voice as being weak or soft, as he repeatedly talked down to me in a very harsh, abrasive, condescending, disrespectful tone of voice. Until I put him in his place and shut him down reminding him who the customer was and that you don't ever dare talk to me in that kind of tone. This hasn't been the first time with him as well, as I am a repeat customer. What is even worse is, he has ZERO humility whatsoever. He continued to make excuses and justifications for his behavior and displayed a real smug, arrogant look on his face towards me while both of my bagel sandwiches were in the toaster. The GM of this store knew he was an embarrassment to the store as he had to watch what he was saying because other customers were int the store as well as co-workers. All other store employees in this store treat me and customers with the respect they deserve, but this guy has an ego and pride about him that was very off-putting and distasteful.

The General manager of this store needs a real lesson in Respect to ALL Customers and Customer service in general. His tone and demeanor the entire time I was being helped by him resembled that of a drill instructor with major anger/ego problems. You are dealing with grown adults here buddy. Stop acting as if I was a disservice to you the entire time I dealt with your sorry existence just because you have a disdain towards me for no good reason whatsoever. Stop with the justifications, rationalization and excuses of your hideous behavior. I am glad their were other customers in the store and employees that could hear our exchange. What is worse, AFTER I shut you down with what MY boundaries are for respect when talking to a customer, your rotten body language continued on with your Smug, arrogant, pompous look on your face towards me, offering ZERO apologies for your pathetic behavior. The fact that you are in a leadership position with your service skills is a joke.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly employee, lot of the soda options indeed are down but they got Dr pibb, sprite and coke still the best sodas lol.

Can't wait to come back eventually.

Love the brand. Had a craving for bagels. Got the farm house! Amazing! The turkey sandwich on raisins & cinnamon bagel with butter.

I struggle with the rating for this. I find it very tacky to put on the beverage station out of order signs. Most all the beverages -pop was outta order. Yes they have their own beverages. If thats the case get rid of the big beverage station & just use a water.

Sorry its my personal belief it looks bad.

Andy the “manager” was treating his employee Theresa so rudely. He was berating her and acting like a jerk. I couldn’t believe he would speak to anyone like that in front of a customer let alone in general. Absolutely disgusted at his attitude and definitely should not be a manager. Managers are meant to lead and encourage. He does not know how to do that.

Food and service was okay, but the restaurant is so dingy and dirty. This must be a franchise location and it shows. The quality control is just not there. The carpets were covered in crumbs and grime, it was obvious they weren’t cleaned the night before or god knows when. Then we had a woman with her stomach half out come up and ask if we were okay… I had no idea she was an employee until she started cleaning the bathrooms. None of the employees had a uniform or matching shirts on, and it just looked unprofessional and uncomfortable. I did not trust that the food I was getting was quality or clean. I wouldn’t return to this location.

This place is a hot mess. All the employees were so unkempt with either knit hats or greasy hair hanging down. Dirty clothes. Floors were filthy. Pop machine only had two flavors working, the rest said out of order. Everything was dusty. One employee was cleaning the windows with a squeegee, so that was a plus. Kinda made me not want to eat my bagel after watching the hygiene of the guy who made it. Are they hiring halfway house guys for employees and not setting any standards? Will definitely NOT be back.
