Andy the “manager” was treating his employee Theresa so rudely. He was berating her and acting like a jerk. I couldn’t believe he would speak to anyone like that in front of a customer let alone in general. Absolutely disgusted at his attitude and definitely should not be a manager. Managers are meant to lead and encourage. He does not know how to do that.

Food and service was okay, but the restaurant is so dingy and dirty. This must be a franchise location and it shows. The quality control is just not there. The carpets were covered in crumbs and grime, it was obvious they weren’t cleaned the night before or god knows when. Then we had a woman with her stomach half out come up and ask if we were okay… I had no idea she was an employee until she started cleaning the bathrooms. None of the employees had a uniform or matching shirts on, and it just looked unprofessional and uncomfortable. I did not trust that the food I was getting was quality or clean. I wouldn’t return to this location.

We had a special order for 3 dozen bagels. The staff, very willingly, went right to work on our order. Meanwhile we enjoyed breakfast sandwiches and coffee while we waited. We were very pleased with the superb service on short notice!

The kid that most of the time has his hair in a bun or up whatever. I think he's a manager if not he should be and whatever he's being paid its not enough. He's awesome, I witnessed him helping a new gal and his management style is great. You have a bright future in restaurant management young man.

Very poor service very dirty behind Counter Made my caramel brew coffee, a chocolate brew coffee Put way Too much jalapeño cream cheese on my smoked house Sandwiches the fresh squeeze orange juice tasted terrible. It was warm and I found pieces of hair in my food . I highly recommend to go to this one the one on grand they take good care of you and their food is on point never going here again SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN what a waste of 33$ I just threw everything away ??

I've had 2 negative experiences at this location involving cleanliness of the restaurant and the consistency of the food. The owners did respond below, so they obviously do care about making improvements. I'll update this when i hear back from my submission.
