Burger was fantastic. Service was terrible. Waitress had an attitude. Was not friendly or helpful answering questions.
Not too many customers and it was mid day.
Plus she used My credit card to pay someone else's tab. She corrected her mistake but no apologies.
Go for the food but not the service. Apple Valley location is not that far

We stopped here before catching our flight at MSP because they opened at 10:00 in the morning. This meant the doors opened at 10:00, we couldn't get served anything until after 10:30-11:00. I'm sure once they start serving it's typical BW3 fare. Just don't plan on going early.

One star review for the wait when they said it would be ready in 5 mins. Ended up waiting 20 mins

Ordered a mobile pickup at 7pm expected wait was 7:30pm I got there at 725pm I didn't get my small order until 803pm people got there after me and left before me. It doesn't make sense to wait an hour for 6 wings and a small app
BWW has been around so long, that they thrive on name recognition alone. Nothing has gone into innovating their menu, atmosphere, or food.
That being said, this is literally the worst of the mediocre establishment of Buffalo Wild Wings. I live 3 minutes from this location, have been going to BWW for almost 20 years, and refuse to go here. The service is abysmal. The food is borderline inedible. The inside just feels…dirty.
There’s a reason most of the reviews are 1 star. The 5 star reviews read like bot-generated comments, workers who don’t want the place to close down, or family members/friends trying to get their acquaintance a raise.
Do not go here. I know you have a vision of what BWW is but this place is not it. This location is a stain on the already declining brand of BWW and whoever the owner/manager of this location is should be ashamed at the product they have. Have some pride in what you do every day.

Online states they open at 10:00 my family and I walked in at 10:55. We were told there is a corporate problem with their website and they don’t actually open until 11:00 (mind you there was another family sat at a booth with drinks AND the bar was about 1/2 filled). I asked if we could just sit in a booth and wait the 5 minutes. At 11:03 our waitress said she would be a few minutes. The waitress, possible manager, and bartender were all gossiping at the drink station located right next to our table. Needless to say we walked out. I’m would rather spend money where they are grateful to take us on as a customers and we aren’t treated as an inconvenience.
Stopped in to watch the Lions-Ravens game. The place was short-staffed so they were doing the best they could with what they had. The food and drinks were what I'd expect from a BWW's, which is to say they were good. The manager did stop by to apologize for delays which wasn't necessary but appreciated. 5 stars from me!

They say open till 1 am online , and a sign in store that says till 3 am. Went with a group and was declined when people were sitting and eating ?
Seriously, I love this Buffalo Wild Wings. I come here every Sunday night for a therapy session with my coworker and all the the staff is amazing. Alex ? Literally the best server I’ve ever had. Kristen ? A1. Kelly ? Amazing and so is everyone else. I’ve seen some reviews about the food but when the service is this great I can over look any hiccups the food may have had ( which hasn’t been any in my opinion. ). From one server to another whenever you come here ask for Alex. If you’re reading this you’re the best ! 🤩

Second time we’ve tried to get dinner here. Have had to leave both times. We sat on the patio this past Saturday. Waited 27 minutes. No table touch, drinks, greeting, nothing. My husband went in to ask the hostess what was going on. Another 5 go by, still nothing. We asked to talk to a manager. No one ever came. Ended up just leaving out the patio door. Restaurant was not that busy, I understand if they’re understaffed, but a staff member could check in and let us know they’ll be here soon.

i’ve been to at least 40 Buffalo wild wings around the country as I travel in a motorhome and I like it because I can always catch the game. I want because they have so many TVs and so many options. They have a good in-house beer called wild herd it’s an easy drinking beer and it’s cheap. The service at this particular of Buffalo wild wings was pretty slow. I sat for almost 10 minutes before the bartender showed up at the bar at all and a girl that had sat down next to me one minute before the bartender came out got served first and she was sitting right next to me. I don’t know what that was about. but as usual, I found friendly people at the bar to talk to had a few beers watch the game and that’s what it’s about. I do have to say, though the trivia app sucks it quits all the time they promise you points that you can use for food and whatever but the stupid app quits all the time even when you’re on their Wi-Fi so try not to be frustrated like I am with that

You’ll never find a slower wait staff at a Bdubs in the twin cities. Get your wings from Mad Cow or WingStop

The other reviews say it all- signs of a declining nation; Minnesota being the forefront of (W----) guilt.
Every 4 years I talk myself into trying Buffalo Wild Wings because of what it once was over a decade ago. Such a disappointment. Annoyingly long wait time for it not being busy, the dry rub wings were badly overcooked and so were the tots. The sweet bbq wings were disgusting. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the honey bbq was solid. It would be one thing if the prices were in line with the quality of food, but the menu prices are kind of a joke and made the entire thing hard to swallow, literally.
