Update February 27, 2025 - ordered boneless wings to go. They forgot to include the ranch and the Wings were dry and hardly had any sauce on them. Tyson chicken nuggets would be better than this - only reason I go to BWW is for the delectable sauces, when the wings come hardly coated, it’s a disappointment. Called the restaurant and waited on hold for several minutes without an answer from a team member. Will not be returning to this location in the near future.
Good food, service is not always the best. We never got our utensils or napkins...sadly had to grab it ourselves from the stand. Server didnt ask us how the food was. Worst service ever.

We were sat at a table in the dining room. Our server took about 15 minutes to even acknowledge our existence. He returned to our table 3 separate times explaining he would “be right with us”. After about 30 mins of not even a drink order taken we decided to leave. It’s disappointing the lack of teamwork staff has. One server running around frantically as a manager mopes around with his hands in his pockets. Would strongly not recommend this location.

Food was very mid. My dinning companion received cold Mac and cheese with his meal. Considering the Mac and cheese probably gets portioned into plastic bags and thrown in the microwave, that means it probably sat in the window for too long. My other companion received wing sauce she didn't ask for. Service was mid, I drank exactly 2 beers the whole time I was there. Would've had more if it didn't take my server so much time to get me another one. Sat with an empty glass until I had to ask a completely different server for another beer. I was done with my meal by the time my server brought me my second one. It was also my birthday and I didn't receive any sort of dessert. The server looked at my ID for my beers so she would have seen that day was my birthday but she completely missed that. She seemed pretty unhappy to be there. And then I'm expected to tip this person? The food they serve is NOT worth their asking price. Likely won't be coming back.

This experience was terrible. They told us they couldn’t bring the food out all at once. Tell me what other restaurants does that. Worst of all our waiter made us all feel extremely uncomfortable. Guy literally seemed to be on something. He kept getting all up close with us kept walking up behind the 10 year old girl that was with us and reaching over her. He was super on edge and rude. The only good thing was the manager we ended up wanting to leave before all of our food came out so we asked our waiter to cancel the rest of our order and we would pay for what we already had. The assistant general manager Joe came out and we told him what happened and he was very kind and understanding. Turns out our food was almost done so he said he would box it up so we can take it and he comped the whole meal. The service rating I put was only about the waiter not him. Joe was definitely a 5 star manager. He was amazing and the only good part of our night so shout out to him!

All I got to say was that the food was really good tonight and my waitress Alexis, she is a phenomenal young lady who makes sure you're well taken care of and checks on you to make sure everything is good and alright.
