This is the second time I've ordered Eagan crumble. I'm disappointed because one single employee has to run around and help customers on the top of making cookies. I understand short staff but to have one person do everything and make the customers happy is a ridiculous standard. Shame on the company for not helping there employees out. First time customer.Whoever worked last night in Eagan did not acknowledge me when I came in, and when I entered my order and it was received, chose to continue to add powdered sugar to a bowl fingerful by fingerful in lew of boxing my order. Finally, I was snapped at for opening the freezer, which I thought may contain ice cream or frozen dough.Now, I know we all have bad days but if I'm working there, I'm going to be friendly, get the orders out the door in a timely fashion...read full review

The chocolate chip cookie, hands down you can never go wrong with. The Eagan location needs more workers and to greet each customer that comes in as my husband and I weren’t greeted. However it was later in the night and there were only two workers so they could have been tired. Rather than my experience was fine. In and out pretty quickly.
