Everything about this visit was a hit! Atmosphere was perfect for a Saturday afternoon for a party of 9. Our server was very attentive and provided great customer service, the food was delicious and came out very quickly for a larger party. I will definitely return to this location!Kid-friendliness: I was offered a high chair and a car seat accommodating chair right off of the bat, which I personally felt was exceptional customer service as a parent of two children under 2 years old

The food was okay. TVs and beer was good and service was prompt. My problem is with the cleanliness. The front entry is absolutely filthy and it has nothing to do with weather. It was unappetizing to enter. I likely won't come back unless the restaurant is clean.

For being a place with "Wings" in your name, the wings selection is subpar. And the wings themselves were not great to boot.There is a list of unoriginal sauces and maybe 5 dry rubs. We opted for dry rub, salt & vinegar, lemon pepper, and Buffalo. The salt and vinegar was barely noticeable but honestly I wasn't too upset about it because the citric acid on the lemon pepper was atrocious. I can only imagine how you might've butchered the others had you put seasoning on it.The Buffalo ones were just sadly underseasoned and not very buffalo-y.What little chicken was on the bone was rubbery.Honestly, either do better or change your name to TV land. Because, what you lacked in wings you made up for in the amount of TVs in every corner. If you had paid me to eat there, I'd still feel overcharged.I will say our waiter was fantastic. But that's more of a reflection of them as a human than you as a restaurant.

Waitress was very unprofessional. Could at least hide the fact you hate your job. First I ordered a beer than the the waitress told me to she’ll be right back. Then came back with no beer then I ordered my food then she just ran off without me finishing. Finally 30 mins later I got my food from a different waitress then asked me if I needed something to drink and I asked for a beer 30 mins ago. Then when I received my beer she told me the other waitress had it on the table ready to go out and is now eating. I sarcastically said “give her a raise”. After I was done eating the original waitress tried getting me to pay online. I immediately knew she just didn’t want to do the work herself. So I told her I didn’t want to pay online. In the process of me saying that another table next door got her attention because she has lost their debit card on the ground somewhere and had to look to find it. Then she rolled her eyes and started mumbling over the cash register like a child. It took the most out of me to not say something smart towards her but.. It could’ve been worse.. ALSO COULD’VE BEEN BETTER.. She also talks extremely loud and like a child. Pathetic.

During my recent visit, I experienced a mix-up with my order, receiving a double burger instead of the requested single, and although the mistake was acknowledged, no offer to correct it was made. Additionally, service attentiveness was lacking, as our water glasses remained unfilled without any offer for a refill.

This restaurant has the nastiest customer service. This is the second time I had to refund my order because the host decided to pick her nose while taking my order. Then when I asked her to wash her hands, she talks to another co-worker about how I’m being difficult! I would not recommend this restaurant.

Probably wont come back here again. I came with my family for our sons 4th birthday. The waitress was friendly but clearly didn't know how not to over step her boundaries. She took my sons fork while he was eating birthday cake because she felt like he was using it "unsafely" like who does that? your job is to serve not parent my child. they also brought our food out in spurts to where some of my kids got their food at once and some didn't. By the time we got our wings our fries were cold and when my husband brought it up to the waitress she said "that's how they operate". didn't offer to bring us fresh ones or anything. I did still leave her a tip because I'm a nice person not because it was earned. I hope they read this and just do better.

We used to love Buffalo Wild Wings. We gave it a break for awhile and thought we'd give it a chance again. Still left disappointed. Why do we have to ask for extra sauce for our wings cuz you fail to do so yourself. How does one order wings that actually have sauce on them? My wings never come fully sauced. It baffles me. Take some tips from Wild Bills, BonChon. Their wings are always on point and saucy.
