Went to drive thru, when I asked if she heard no onion i said 3 times she said no and closed widow also took money with no change. Did not eat after all that. find a manager or employee that doesn't hate their job. Horrible service

Went the other day for a quick bite to eat, the gentleman (I believe his name is Cory) in the drive though was very helpful as I forgot my glasses and couldn’t see the menu well. After ordering, he was prompt and very personable! It was a great and quick experience!

Burgers seem to come out of a microwave nowadays
The food was on par. The service was above. My girlfriend wanted a couple mayonnaise packets but they were out. The guy working the drive thru put some in a small cup for her instead. It was greatly appreciated and worth a positive review.

Whether it's through drive thru or Doordarshan food is either terrible or missing. I have avoided this specific burger king because something is always wrong with mt order. Chicken in wrap seemed hard and rubbery, soda was diluted and they missed my chicken nuggets entirely. Will continue to avoid

Decided to stop in while I was in town to get a couple of the new shroom and Swiss melt sandwiches. Hope they keep these around. Taste pretty good.

Worst experience, nobody in the store was wearing hat or gloves they were Pouring ice with their hands, they don’t have spatula to do that very bad experience. It was so dirty. We try to place order through drive-through and their drive-through doesn’t work and when we were at the window, we stood there for five minutes. Nobody was there to help us, and then we went inside the store, bad bad experience.
The person who served me was very annoying, not friendly, terrible service...she was Hispanic.

Smallest whopper patty I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t even as large as the bun itself. The coke was diluted and the fries cold. Extremely disappointed since I was starving after traveling all day.

I watched dude finger my chicken fingers with no gloves on stuffing them in the box while I was sitting at the drive thru window. I guess we know where the term chicken finger comes from now.

I have been coming here quite frequently for lunch while at work. I will NOT be coming back however, The lady that’s always there is trying to charge me $2.50 for a water. Absurd.

1. The potatoes were cold
2. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. I was 2 bites in and still no bacon. I opened up the sandwich and there was a maybe 1/4 of a strip of bacon on the sandwich, which was also squished and luke warm.
3. Hanging out the back door smoking a cigarette is not a good look for your restaurant.

I ordered on mobile for a pick up at 9:43 am, and I was online before this time. They didn't finish my order until 10:21. Not sure what the delay was...but my sandwich looked like it was sitting under a headlamp for 35+ minutes and was mushy and nuked by a heat lamp. Management either didn't schedule enough people to work, or something is wrong with the equipment(I think the fryer was slow or something?) Two weeks ago they gave me the wrong food.
I won't be back.

Somehow, they manage to stay open on a skeleton staff and still serve hot and fresh food with a smile.
