My father was just discriminated against for speaking Spanish at the drive-thru. His order was going completely fine—until he accidentally said bacon instead of sausage. Upon correcting his mistake (the cashier then had to “start over”) the cashier then just started repeating “I can’t understand what you’re saying sir” over and over (even though he already heard his coupon code PERFECTLY FINE, TOOK HIS ORDER PERFECTLY FINE)— but whatever. It is 2025 after all. My father then drove away after accepting his bacon egg and cheese croissant & confronted the manger about it. In which the manager said to my father, VERBATIM; “oh and you must be some sort of genius, huh?”— point is; If you do not articulate every single syllable, PERFECTLY. You MIGHT want to go to a different establishment. McDonald’s, Taco Bell, anywhere but this Burger King in particular. Currently has an employee- and a manager willing to back his employee up -that just “will not” be able to understand your order. Do better Burger King

I had an excellent exprerience at this store today with John, who was working the drive-thru window. I don't know how much John gets paid, but I doubt it's enough. He was extremely helpful and patient to me as an autistic individual. I had an excellent experience and I plan to revisit this location.

Went to drive thru, when I asked if she heard no onion i said 3 times she said no and closed widow also took money with no change. Did not eat after all that. find a manager or employee that doesn't hate their job. Horrible service

Went the other day for a quick bite to eat, the gentleman (I believe his name is Cory) in the drive though was very helpful as I forgot my glasses and couldn’t see the menu well. After ordering, he was prompt and very personable! It was a great and quick experience!

The food was on par. The service was above. My girlfriend wanted a couple mayonnaise packets but they were out. The guy working the drive thru put some in a small cup for her instead. It was greatly appreciated and worth a positive review.
Whether it's through drive thru or Doordarshan food is either terrible or missing. I have avoided this specific burger king because something is always wrong with mt order. Chicken in wrap seemed hard and rubbery, soda was diluted and they missed my chicken nuggets entirely. Will continue to avoid

Decided to stop in while I was in town to get a couple of the new shroom and Swiss melt sandwiches. Hope they keep these around. Taste pretty good.

Worst experience, nobody in the store was wearing hat or gloves they were Pouring ice with their hands, they don’t have spatula to do that very bad experience. It was so dirty. We try to place order through drive-through and their drive-through doesn’t work and when we were at the window, we stood there for five minutes. Nobody was there to help us, and then we went inside the store, bad bad experience.

Smallest whopper patty I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t even as large as the bun itself. The coke was diluted and the fries cold. Extremely disappointed since I was starving after traveling all day.
