Legit the worst place in the world. I swear they just can’t get staff worth much. I just left after waiting in the reserved spot after 16 effing minutes. No one came out. 2 cars behind me got their orders and left. All I got was one order of chicken nuggets!!!!! This isn’t the first time. I’ve showed up here and was told their lunch crew all quit not long ago. Go do yourself a favor. Go buy some nasty Crystal burgers the frozen food section and save your self some time and money from this stupid place.

I placed an order ahead of time and picked it up at the drive-thru. I like to do that because it's easier to get my customizations in and correct. Staff was friendly, and the food was hot and tasty. Good all the way around.

I had a mobile order. When I bit into my food (Royal Chicken Wrap) the chicken was raw! When I called about it the lady was snarky and told me it's not they're fault and there's nothing they can do.

I go through the drive-through line, the lady takes my card, pays for it, then hand me my food without giving me back my card.I drive 30 miles away to my job, realize I don’t have my card, I called back, and whoever answered insinuates that it was my fault for leaving without the card! They handed me my food, and then what, oh by the way here’s is your card back?No apology, just an attitude!Not to mention my fries and my chicken nuggets were burnt

Used the Sunday paper flier! Grabbed a quick and grab and go! Good was hot and tasty! BK IS PRETTY CONSISTENT!
The lobby is ALWAYS closed with NO sign on the door. Also, very slow to get food. Pick up orders are never ready on time.

Customer service was impolite and acted as though their JOB was an inconvenience, the hamburgers had excessive amounts of condiments to where it made them gross and soggy, and the location was almost out of everything on their menu. Wouldn’t eat here again.

They screwed up my drive through order and there was so much water on my lettuce it made my bun soggy. This is among the worst BK's I've been to.8/14/2023 Edit: They have a new menu board. Now they cannot hear you place your order or the entire point of sales system is down so you cannot even order a thing. I tried going back a couple of times because the location is convenient for me. I should have known better and just dropped this review from a 2 star to a 1.

This place had garbage overflowing, it wasn't busy and took over 15 minutes to get our food! My husband's order was wrong and then when they remade it, it was still wrong! Onion rings were soggy so asked for new. Waited. Waited. Asked if they were done, they still hadn't been put down! Walked out. Crappiest burger King ever. Employees were like zombies.

I accidentally asked for a coke float instead of a coke freeze, and they said they didn't have it, which was fine bc i meant to get the freeze, but then they said they could make it and gave me a coke freeze with ice cream in it and damn, it was so good. 11/10 happy
