I stopped for a pumpkin espresso shaker on a Monday afternoon and whoever was working (should’ve got their name!) was super kind and friendly. We bonded over not being ready for Christmas/holiday flavors yet and they made the most perfect and delicious drink, with a little extra shake of cinnamon on top. Thank you for fantastic drink - you are great at what you do!

I ordered a vanilla latte and it was made very well. Delicious! Ive been going to Caribou coffee for 20 years and I don't care for the points system they have now... in the past, the barista would let you know that you have enough points for a free drink...usually after about 10 orders.. now it seems to take about 25 to get a free one....

I asked for simple coffee with cream. Server filled it absolutely to the brim and with very little cream. I had to pour some of it out when I got to the car and it did not taste good to me with so little cream.

Caribou is great! This location was inside a grocery store. The service was very friendly and prompt.
3rd time in a row w the same person, I didn’t get to pick my tip + the worker in the drive thru, Austin, picked our tip for us. (75%) he didn’t give us a chance to pick a tip either time we went here. quit stealing our money.

Was waiting at the airport for the shuttle, and Carbou was the only place close by. Sign was up at 12 noon, saying they'd be back in 20 minutes. I watched as both employees slowly emptied boxes for nearly an hour. I left at 1:00, after they informed me it would be 20 minutes.
