I received the wrong meal and called customer care. I was told the location manager would call me, but I haven’t received any follow-up. This has been the worst experience I’ve had at any Chick-fil-A location. If I were you, I’d drive a bit further to the Apple Valley Burnsville location instead.

Terrible customer service, Chick-fil-a is supposed to be the top of the top in terms of customer service so if I ask for chicken minis during lunch time you can’t make some??

The last 3 of 4 times I've gone to this location my order has been wrong. The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager does correct the issue but keeps happing over and over.

This location has friendly staff and consistently good food. However, there has been stuff either missing or messed up in my order the last four times I went there. Remember to check your bag before leaving to ensure that everything is there!

This chick-fil-a keeps getting worse on worse. Portion sizes are dropping, quality of food is dropping, wait times are up, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. This is no longer the classic, amazing chick-fil-a experience. It’s going downhill. What a disappointment.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. As soon as we walked in, not a single table was clean or sanitized to sit at. Every trash bin was full, and the staff taking orders did not seem pleased to be there. I had placed my order online, and it wasn’t even complete when I picked it up. We ended up having to clean our own table just to sit down. During the entire time we were there, we did not see a single employee attempt to clean tables or empty trash. Very disappointing experience for a location that carries the Chick-fil-A name.
