I really love the rude and dismissive staff here some times. My kid asks for extra cheese in their veggie byo tacos (w/no guac so it's not like they're losing money) and they didn't put in extra. And I got stink eye for going back to ask for it... A+ rockstar establishment

I ordered take out for my office staff and the food was so bad. the hardshell tacos I ordered were soggy and had almost NO food in them. The delivery was late by over 30 minutes and when I attempted to call the store and couldn't get through for 3 times in a row. The mailbox is full so I couldn't leave a message. My confirmation # was 481-IA1 and this is a photo of the tacos they sent. I have never been this disappointed. NO communication, NO representatives available and food was cold, with NO servings.

Avoid this store. They close early all the time, and it just isn't acceptable. If you're going to close at 9:30, update the closing time signs and online info to match 9:30. It's misleading and annoying; it doesn't even give you time to get to another location that actually stays open until 10. The staff here also tend to be rude and mess up orders more often than get them right. I've also had items entirely missing. The food's just alright, and only if you get what you ordered and a fair amount for the price, which is almost never the case here. Frustrating, I'm done visiting this location.

First time ordering from here, I ordered a bowl and a burrito for pickup. Food was out and ready before the pickup time. Upon opening the bag, the bowl was a huge disappointment. It was half filled and unporportioned. There was a heaping of cheese and only a couple kernels of corn, the brown rice was hard like it was old or left out in the air all day, and hardly any meat. The burrito was similar- hardly any chicken, too much rice, a few beans and too much cheese. We ordered the small chips and guacamole as well. The chips were ok, but the guacamole was already turning brown. For $25, I just expected more.
This chipotle is always so rude. They don’t make your food on time and if you say “extra” They actually refuse to do it for you! there is an older women there who i’m shocked still works there since she’s the rudest of them all. Idk if she’s the manager but she needs to be fired.

Burrito was wrapped all sloppy loose, chicken seemed a little old, and was charged 1.50 for a side of mild salsa when ordered the chips and salsa. Wtf the menu says chips and salsa for 2.50. Not salsa is extra!

I love Chipotle, this place is a mess. Online orders are rarely prepared as you ordered them. Unreliable order times and food availability. I assume that staffing issues may be at play here. This store is closed on Sat and Sun.
Update: I ordered again today for pick up. Order appeared on shelf 10 min late…I checked the back and discovered there were 2 burritos that were part of someone else’s order (thier names were on burritos as well!). I alerted the cashier….he then gathered all the orders on the rack and brought them to the back room. My order then arrived 10 min later and was wrong again…..You can’t make this up!!!
