Every time my wife and I order at this location we don’t get the chips that we order, our bowls are either missing ingredients or they look like they’re put together by someone with over mits on. It’s also hit and miss whether or not the bowls will have the stickers on them to indicate who’s is who’s (we do indicate our names for each bowl as well). We went in there tonight after receiving our delivery order and the manager, Diego, said that they’re out of chips. Why would a business allow you to order something in their app but not have that product every time that you order it. Also when we went in the entire place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. There was food all over the floor, along with gloves and cups. This place is extremely unkept, the business is not run with the customer in mind, and the cleanliness could be improved significantly. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Customer service depends on who’s working, I’ve tried getting help with this situation but unfortunately got nowhere with support.. I almost choked on a piece of plastic that was in my burrito. I’m disappointed because I enjoy chipotle but over the years it’s not the same.. I wish I didn’t have to write this and would’ve gotten the help I should’ve got..

Food was yummy as per your usual chipotle! But servers weren’t very friendly. Extremely rushed, no smiles, and not much interaction. Floor was quite dirty, and tables dusty. Bathroom reeked of marijuana. Did not appreciate the smell.

I’ve gotten food a few times from this chipotle and every-time has been a disappointment. However this last time I will never be going back, service is absolutely terrible and when I took a bite of my food the only thing you can taste is salt. I just had to throw away a $15 meal because the food was was not edible.

This is the only chipotle you will ever find that is almost ALWAYS out of something. Suggest you try a different location.
As a vegan, I don't want to find hunks of bloody chicken and cow in my sofritas. Teach your employees not to reuse the spoons. Also, the portions were so small because employees didn't care to cook some more.

Terrible experience had to bag my own order the guy just walked away and I don’t know who the girl with that neck tattoo is but she should be no where near this establishment hiding in the bathroom while I’m waiting for my food (not kidding)….. screaming and swearing on the phone in front of customers came into the building slamming doors barging in like she was going to fight someone this woman obviously has some mental health issues she needs to figure out but she shouldn’t be working here. I won’t be back to this location
