This place sucks. No one cares. Left review after order that was horrible and asked to be contacted. Nothing. How do you forget to add chicken to a burrito? Why is the corn frozen?

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a fast and friendly experience, with accommodating staff and customizable options for those with dietary restrictions. While some servers may lack friendliness, the food is consistently yummy and well-prepared. Employees show patience and great customer service, making sure orders are correct. Regulars mention a standout employee named Zee, whose smile and laughter make the dining experience enjoyable. However, some customers have noted issues with service at this location, mentioning that certain staff members do not provide the expected level of attention or portion sizes. The atmosphere is average for a quick bite, and while it is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, the dining area may not feel inviting to everyone. Parking can also be limited at times.
