Every time my wife and I order at this location we don’t get the chips that we order, our bowls are either missing ingredients or they look like they’re put together by someone with over mits on. It’s also hit and miss whether or not the bowls will have the stickers on them to indicate who’s is who’s (we do indicate our names for each bowl as well). Customer service depends on who’s working, I’ve tried getting help with this situation but unfortunately got nowhere with support.. I almost choked on a piece of plastic that was in my burrito. I’m disappointed because I enjoy chipotle but over the years it’s not the same.. I wish I didn’t have to write this and would’ve gotten the help I should’ve got..

slow service and so unprofessional. Employees seem disgruntled. I went at the height of the dinner rush (610pm) and they were out of salad dressing.. but didnt tell me until I was ready to checkout/already ordered my salad. Employees have a really poor attitude and no customer service.
