The staff here are always rude. I understand working in food service sucks, I did it too, but you don’t need to take your misery out on me. Food is alright, the rice is always crunchy and hard. I started ordering online to minimize interacting with the staff and they are terrible with online orders. Waited 30 extra minutes for a pickup and they messed up my burrito.
