This place is usually pretty decent but if you get any food item it will take forever to get to you. After 15 minutes waiting for a pastry I ordered from the front display and asking multiple people if they could grab and hand it to me I finally just gave up and left

Average, and bland. They need to do something to make the experience more unique, special, or interesting.
Pretty fast drive thru service. Only 4 stars because I asked to get my drink made in my reusable cup and was told it can be transferred over, which I’ve been able to get at every other Caribou around the area with no problem, for it to just be given to me in the regular cup without trying to take it back.

Beverage was waiting for me, as I had ordered ahead. Quite expensive, but I spose that's well known. At least I got $.10 off for a correct trivia answer, which is always fun. Thing that baffles me is why, when I almost always order the same thing...a hot vanilla latte, it has so many different tastes. This time it wasn't as good.

I agree with the previous comments about clients visiting by way of the lobby - are not welcomed very well. I placed an order on the app while in the lobby, and it took appx 15 minutes for my drink to be ready. I was becoming impatient while seated, so I approached the pickup counter to confirm that the staff had received my order. The employee finished my drink and placed it on the counter without a mention of whose drink it was or a thank you.
The staff appeared to be short-handed, only observed two team members. A "thank you" would have been a decent exchange for my time, which I normally receive consistently other Caribou's.
The lobby was cold as well and i had to wear my jacket while seated.

I don't know what it is but I'm sure tea is tea and coffee is coffee. Neither tastes the same but almost every time anymore I go to any Caribou I get tea that tastes like coffee. Which would be fine if I ordered or wanted 🤔 coffee but no I want my xl classic black tea with 2 full shots of Raspberry, NOT coffee flavored. I used to work for Caribou years ago and never had this issue but now it seems like Caribou only cares coffee flavored items. Not only that it's watered down why am I paying almost $7 😒for a drink i didn't order but seems to get 🤔 every time 🙃. I'm not understanding the problem. All I want is a black tea with raspberry 😩 flavor NOT watered down coffee flavored tea that you barely taste the raspberry. Please someone explain. So said I used to love Caribou not so much anymore.
