I stopped by Promenade Caribou Coffee to pick up a Caprese sandwich and an iced caramel Crafted Press for a good friend. When I got to the drive thru, the employee helping me was Hailey, I hope I spelled it right, if not please forgive me. She said Caprese which was the right way and I definitely didn’t pronounce it right, which gave us both a good laugh.
She was genuinely friendly, smiling, and easy to talk to. One of those quick interactions that actually sticks with you. I was disappointed they didn’t have my turkey mini’s but Hailey made my visit great even though they didn't have my sandwich. When I dropped the order off at my friend’s work and told her about it, she said that’s the only Caribou she goes to, and now I totally understand why.
Appreciate you, Hailey. Thanks for making a simple stop a really good experience.

My pumpkin spice latte was very disappointing. Maybe they should call that one clove spice. It did not taste anything like what I assumed it would taste like…. Pumpkin pie like? I am not sure why anyone other than a clove lover would drink it. Sadly I had to pour mine down the drain, which was fine. On we go.

I went there for breakfast a Sandwich and chocolate cooler. It was fantastic! I changed the sandwich order the man & I apologized when I changed my mind. The drive through attendant said man no need to apologize. Your ok.
Very, kind I appreciated his willingness to change my order on the fly without getting upset.
I just went back today 10/4/25 they had merchandise 60% off and bought a drink! Heck of a deal!
