My food was ready when I arrived as it was supposed to be for an online order. However there was no ice in my rootbeer. No straws were in the bag on a to go order? How did that get missed? The app should make it easier to order a single burger rather than multiple patties. The app should also make it easier to verify the toppings on the burger. Disappointed I had to choose katchup mayo and mustard. Seems like it should be a given and an edit feature if not wanted. My bacon was only half cooked Didn't happen to notice any first time online user promo's which would maybe draw more business.
I believe in second chances. I will be back as It was a busy night and I've made a mistake or two in my life. Always room for improvement I suppose.

Had never eaten on a Culver's before was traveling to Minneapolis and my wife said hey let's check this place out. I was in a burger mood like I usually am. And wowzers it was a great burger! Everything arrived quickly it was hot and tasted fresh. Much better than some of the other big box fast food chains
