When we order the kids meals we are always able to call in and order the ice cream. The drive is literally 5 minutes away but since our vehicle is broken down and there's a disabled adult we can't just hop skip and jump on over. Food is always a hit and miss. It all depends the day you go. Service hasn't been consistent with making every experience great.

Most of the time Culver's delivers on its high reputation. However, tonight was a disappointment. Instead of getting what I ordered I got half of it. I don't know if intentionally the employee did not want to complete my kids meal order or it was by accident or by not knowing the order. Anyways, I sit here disappointed not being able to enjoy one of the items. Only one item was missing because another employee was kind enough to get me a drink (which came with the order). So hopefully by knowing the order myself better I along with the employees can get it right the next time!

Friendly employees, reasonable wait time for our food. Food was good, and cooked to order. I only gave atmosphere a 4 because the dining area was cold and we had to keep our coats on. We would come back again.

Food was alright but why are condiments extra… another 50 cents for another honey mustard when they only give one sauce pack for 8 tenders ?
Culvers in Eagan is an excellent choice for a fresh cooked meal, always made to order. We generally use the drive-thru to place our order. Very kind, friendly workers who make us always feel welcome! The wait times are fair for MTO, and the food always delicious.

I think they need to fix their intercom mic, because my order of a single butter burger has been misheard as a double twice in the past few months.

I wish i could rate at zero stars. Ordered two double deluxe burgers using a discount card the local high-school sells as a fundraiser. The first was okay, but not as good as I remembered. The second was absolutely awful. It tasted terrible, like there were actual cigarette ashes and soap in it. I'm convinced that it was purposely poisoned or spiked. The taste was so bitter I cannot get the taste out of my mouth even an hour later. It's so bad I cannot think of an other explanation other than the food was purposely tainted. I will be returning tomorrow for a refund. I plan to call the corporate office and possibly the BBB. Maybe even looking into whether I can have the rest of the burger tested for chemical contamination. So wildly disappointed and disgusted. If you have such a problem with someone using a coupon why would you offer them inthe first place?? If by some chance it was not purposely done this business should be investigated by Food and Safety as what they are serving is not fit for consumption.
This particular Culvers is terrible and black streak on an otherwise top notch burger chain. I truly hope the owners of this location have their franchise revoked.

This will always and forever be my favorite fast food burger joint. Not a fan of the ever increasing prices, but can't fault them too much as that's happening everywhere. Their burgers are one of a kind (in a good way)!

My food was ready when I arrived as it was supposed to be for an online order. However there was no ice in my rootbeer. No straws were in the bag on a to go order? How did that get missed? The app should make it easier to order a single burger rather than multiple patties. The app should also make it easier to verify the toppings on the burger. Disappointed I had to choose katchup mayo and mustard. Seems like it should be a given and an edit feature if not wanted. My bacon was only half cooked Didn't happen to notice any first time online user promo's which would maybe draw more business.
I believe in second chances. I will be back as It was a busy night and I've made a mistake or two in my life. Always room for improvement I suppose.
