There were a few employees visible and only 1 customer. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged and when I was given a cone, the ice cream slid off into my hand. The employee just pointed to the napkins. I asked for a cup which I received but no spoon. I had to get another employee to provide it.
I always come in the mornings and I’m pretty sure they know me by now (or the fact my car is full of hello kitty lol). I want to shout out one worker her name on her name tag is Luz (or just Lu). She’s super sweet and she always asks me how my morning is, she always brightens up my day and my coffee always comes out amazing when she’s at the drive through! Just in general though the staff are so nice in the mornings and I appreciate them always staying so positive all the time and making great coffee :).
The donuts were fresh and the service was great.
We go into this dunkin a few times a week in the morning and it has gone down hill. The new people they have in the morning are very rude and service is slow, they mess up orders.
Not as good as the ones I'm used to. Mobile orders don't work for this location and it is understaffed. It's a Baskin Robbins merged location too so there's plenty of nostalgia to reminisce on.
change the staff or else loose your business
In the past the drive thru responder was pretty nice and even convinced me to get a yummy donut with my coffee! The last time I came here though (a few weeks ago), for some reason I waited quite a while for the responder to actually respond. When I asked for a cappuccino with a pump of blueberry syrup, the cup was half foam and luke warm. It was... Not great. Hopefully next time it's better.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon and I was the only one waiting in line inside but I got ignored just standing there like a dummy for almost 10 minutes. The 2 workers were just taking drive through orders. Finally got helped just to be told they were out of what I wanted. Horrible customer service ? ?.

I have always gone to this location, it is so close to my house! But the person who serves takeout is rude, she thought I didn't speak or understand Spanish and started yelling at me and talking to me ugly! I got so angry that I answered her the same way! Maybe it wasn't the best, but I was happy to eat a donut with my coffee, but this woman ruined my morning.

I went in for 2 blended coffee drinks. They had no one in store or in the drive thru. I go to order and the boy taking my order dint even know they had blended drinks so he had to go get a manger. Manger rings me up and then leaves the boy who didn't even know they had blended drinks to make them. They tasted horrible and took him 10 minutes to make. It should not take almost 15 minutes for two drinks with 3 staff in the store and no other customers.

This is by far one of the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Poor customer service and there’s always an issue with my drink. Today I’ve experienced rude barista and she had a nasty attitude. Dunkin needs to train their staff better and do better. I will NOT be returning to this location.

Unfriendly staff, awful coffee and per their shared conversations, customer service and general food service training is sorely needed. Never been to a worse run Dunkin’ Donut. Corporate headquarters needs to look into this outlet.
