I stopped in and they were busy. Being only 1 person, I sat and waited at the bar. As 6 servers either made drinks or rang orders without waiting on me. The kicker…the staff served their friends shots of tequila who arrived after me. After being a weekly customer for over 20 years, El Loro of Eagan has lost a customer and it was apparent the manager did not care when I spoke to him!
We have been regulars here over the past two years. The staff is very friendly and the service is really fast. I recommend El Loro if you are looking for more of a friends and family type of eating experience.
The food is excellent, the service was very friendly!
